Tucked away inside the Moynihan Train station I was elated to find a Pressed with freeze available. Back in Pasadena there's no freeze option, only juice. These juices are $6.75+ each, so a bit pricey for bottled juices, but they had a 4 for $20 offer, which seemed more reasonable. I got the Citrus 1, Citrus 2, Citrus 3 and Greens 3. One of the great things about these bottled juices is that they have a longer expiration than fresh juices, so you can drink them at your pace. I've only tried the Greens 3 so far, but it was delicious and easy to drink. I'll be drinking the other three this upcoming week. I had some questions about VIP and Memberships and he was being rude and replying he did not know anything but what my total was in a rude manor. I've only ever ordered from this location on Seamless so I can't speak for the physical location, however delivery has always been quick and accurate! Employees are also very communicative when they're out of certain items (and they're almost never out of the juices I order - just maybe a protein bar flavor here or there)! Their juices are much tastier than competitors' juices I remember drinking in the past! My full juicing routine consisted of the below to get through the day: Vanilla Almond/Strawberry Almond - My favorite juices! Easily my favorite juice place in New York City, and it's a welcome addition to the Columbus Circle area, where Juice Generation usually gets all the business. I first found out about Pressed Juicery after browsing the new Turnstyle at Columbus Circle one evening and they were giving out some samples. Today, after a barre class nearby, I decided I was going to go back and get the juice I tried. Only problem was that I didn't remember which one it was. The team at Pressed Juicery were happy to help, offering me a sample of the Brazil Nut (which is what I thought I had originally had and was right) along with as many samples of other juices as I wanted. Awesome! They were all really nice about it too, and even offered suggestions of other juices to try. I'll definitely be back to pick up some more. Ranging between $6.50 and $8, the prices are not cheap, but actually extremely reasonable compared to similar juice places like liquiteria, Juice Generation, Juice Press, etc. They also have many, many more choices (see menu!). They also let you sample whatever you want, which I feel like is a definite perk compared to other juice places. I got the Brazil Nut - a delicious sweet mix of greens and nuts - also one of their fan favorites. You get your greens, but you don't have to taste it! I also tried a few of their Roots and Greens drinks and I'm convinced that Pressed Juicery is my new jam and expensive obsession. Love the juices and the staff here. On average, I pass through Turnstyle three mornings a week on my way to work. I used to occasionally go to Juice Generation when I had to walk above ground to my bus stop at 8th and 57th, you know, like a normal person (...haaaaa...), and I would stop in. They have some good smoothies, but the price and the amount of sugar in them would stop me dead in my tracks on occasion. Even down in Turnstyle, there are many tempting pastry and high-calorie drink options between Starbucks, Fika, and Doughnuttery. Still, once a week, I do the right thing and stop in at Pressed. If I'm going to spend $6.50 on something to supplement or be my breakfast, a healthy juice is better than another iced chai and a scone. I've been to a few Pressed locations now (UES and UWS), and this is still a great location; chock full of juices I love. I've become a big fan of their Greens 1.5, which is all vegetable juice, save for a squirt of lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt. There are only 2 grams of sugar in the whole bottle, so I feel much better than if I drank a higher sugar juice; I'm glad they provide such low-sugar options! Compared to other juice places in the city, $6.50 is a still a bit of a splurge for me, so I only visit here once a week, but it's infinitely better, price-wise, than other juice businesses. I have been coming to the store for the past few months but a customer for past 5 years in different city. Today a female staff at noontime 2/26/20 was asking me to repeat my phone number, I repeated and was just waiting for her. Then other African American staff told me to fix my face. At first, I wasn't even paying attention and was confused and asked, "What do you mean?" She said I made a face at the clerk, which I did not. Then I asked for an apology and both clerks walked away quickly into the office. It was the rudest accusation and encounter. The actual clerk didn't know what was happening. I am completely angry. I didn't' even do something and was accused. I think your team needs better customer training as this store doesn't have the nicest staff compared to other stores in NYC and another state. I just started getting into juicing recently and I have to say that I was very impressed with Pressed. I normally go to Juice Press since it's closer to my office, but I just recently discovered the Pressed location in Columbus Circle and will be more likely to take an afternoon stroll over there for a juice or two. Service was fantastic and I was in and out in no time. They offer samples at the counter. I forget which one was out when we were there, but you are able to try whatever they have out at the time. I came in for their 6th Anniversary deal and stocked up for the next 3 days since they were selling for only $5 each. These are the ones I had: Greens 3 - apple, celery, cucumber, ginger, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. I'm not a big fan of celery, which has a strong flavor - but the ginger in this overpowered the celery and it was the perfect green juice. Roots 3 - apple, beet, ginger, lemon. The perfect amount of sweetness without a great kick from the ginger. Very tasty. Citrus 1 - aloe vera, coconut water, cucumber, lemon, pineapple. This one was very hydrating. Flavors went very well together. Roots 2 - apple, carrot, ginger, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. Very refreshing and had a little sweetness from the carrot and apple. My favorite flavors for juices all include ginger. Coconut Cinnamon - cinnamon, coconut meat, coconut water. Very hydrating and delicious. It was almost like drinking a dessert. I liked this one a lot. Chocolate Almond - almond, cacao, dates, filtered water, sea salt. I'd have to say this one was my favorite. It was like drinking a chocolate milk. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a cleanse at 7:30am. The cleanse showed up in time but only had 2 days, not the 3 I ordered. It was also completely the wrong cleanse. After trying to get through to the store for 20 minutes, I finally spoke with someone who told me once the order goes out for delivery, its out of their hands, but she would try to find a manager to help me. 40 minutes later, I finally got through to the store again after calling perhaps 10 times, and the lady who answered gave me serious attitude. She said she wasn't sure how to fix this besides refund me, because they use post-mates so she can't just 'send a new order out'. If that's the case, they should probably be more careful with their deliveries, and checking to ensure the customer receives what they ordered. It is now 10am and I still haven't heard back from them about whether I can receive what I ordered. Completely defeats the purpose of the cleanse and makes it really disappointing when you are relying on their juices, knowing the preparation that goes into planning for a cleanse.
