Nekter Juice Bar is one of my favorite spots for a healthy cool treat, and this location in Rancho Cucamonga lived up to expectations. For those who plan on going frequently, I highly recommend getting the app for rewards points and promotions. It was a hot day, so my boyfriend and I were looking for a cool treat. We both decided to get some healthy smoothies. The latest branding version of their menu is a bit overly colorful and disorganized. If I didn't already have my usual order I might have been overwhelmed. My boyfriend ordered a Pink Flamingo ($8.49/small) which has dragon fruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water, and agave. This is a great option for those who are craving something refreshing and fruity. I wanted something to support my protein intake for the day so I went with the Health Nut ($10.29/small) and swapped the Peanut Butter for Almond Butter. This smoothie has banana, dates, cashew milk, vanilla protein and agave. A bit pricey but it is what it is. The drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. There was plenty of open seating for us to hang out and enjoy our drinks in the nice AC juice bar. It was hot outside so the AC was much appreciated. This little pick me up really helped my energy level to resume our adventures. read more

Thankful to have a Nekter so close to home! I used to come here more frequently than I do now, but it's always a good place to grab something healthy. My go-to has always been and will always be the Toxin Flush with spinach, parsley, red apple, lemon and ginger. It's so refreshing and delicious! I found myself here because my daughters have been battling a cold and this mama has NO time for that! I decided to pair this with a Turmeric inflammation fighter wellness shot. I ordered online for pickup and the process was quick and simple. I opted for no ice because I figured if it needed it, I could add ice at home. Once you walk in, you're greeted with the brilliant aroma of citrus and that cool, clean smoothie-bar freshness. The place is clean and welcoming. There were other people waiting for their orders as well, so I sat down and waited. Then, several people came in after me, walked up to the counter and received their to-go order. Once I saw that, I did the same and my order had been sitting there waiting for me. After the fact, I noticed the email stated to let them know you're there at the pick up window. Oops. The guy Christian working the cash register has a horrible attitude and gets the order wrong, Because he has the worst customer service. I was beginning to think he was being aggressive on purpose but decided to not escalate things. This is the 3rd time I've been in here and experienced his rude demeanor and tone. Last time it was my partner upset with the way he was acting. But it's just ridiculous. He makes you feel stupid and rushed and he's gotten what we've ordered wrong the last couple times I've been here; I asked for a chia pudding parfait and he gave me a plain yogurt with some granola and stuff on top not realizing that's what he marked on the receipt till after I looked at it. I was over my interaction and didn't want to escalate things and decided to just walk out. I'm not one to give reviews so I hope this means something to the management here. I went in and ordered a large juice and some waffacados. Then I ordered a blueberry and Almond protein bowl because it looked so good on the picture! When I got it it had 1/2 a strawberry and some small blueberries. I asked the guy who made it if I could get more strawberries. He said no, that's how they come. I told him as I looked in disbelief at the advertisement, "I ordered it because of how good it looked in the picture! This doesnt have nearly as much strawberries as in the ad. He replied that he knew the ad looked like that but it was just for advertising, that that's what management told them to put, just one strawberry. I told him that was false advertisement, and the whole time he was just standoffish. I looked at my bowl and showed him there was barely 1/2 a strawberry there! He began to walk away. I wanted my money back at that point, these bowls are not cheap. He continued to walk away and didn't refund the bowl. The irony is, i just spent almost $40 dollars yesterday and about $32 dollars today, after not going for a few years due to them nickel and diming me. And now they lost my business over .25 cents worth of strawberries. Go figure. I had just told my wife i was eating there for lunch all month. No wonder its lonely in there. Walking in the door I was greeted with kindness. I was helped by Emma and Nick to make a decision for what I should get since it is my first time there. Dear Nekter Management, I'm a regular customer at this location and usually look forward to starting my mornings here. However, I need to bring something to your attention regarding the customer service experience. There is a young lady who works most mornings, and unfortunately, her attitude and demeanor are consistently rude and dismissive. I've tried to overlook it, as I understand everyone can have tough days, but this seems to be her regular approach. Each time I visit, I notice the same behavior not only toward me but also toward other customers. It's reached a point where it makes me not want to come to this location anymore, as dealing with that kind of treatment first thing in the morning is very discouraging. I truly believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to help her better represent the Nekter brand and create a more welcoming environment. Horrible customer service. A guy named Chris who rung us up was so rude to my boyfriend. A lot of attitude...you get the sense he just didn't want to be there. If people are going thru some personal things, that's understandable, but maybe have them work the blenders, not the cash register. We also mentioned that the "Oh Snaps" dill pickle bites were falsely advertised at the to-go station for $2.25 (see pics). And he pretty much said, "Oh well" with much annoyance and attitude. Ordered a mini PB&J smoothie with mango on 2/9/26 at 11:35 AM. It tasted like plain blended mango and ice -- no peanut butter at all. I called the store to ask whether peanut butter had been added. The employee I spoke with (her name started with an "M") told me they do not offer refunds and that I would need to bring the drink back in for it to be remade. With no refund option offered, I returned to the store. This time asked for it remade without mango, and watched this employee used a squeeze bottle and added a barely noticeable amount of peanut butter. I later called two other Nekter locations, both confirmed a mini PB&J should include two teaspoons of peanut butter using a measuring spoon. This location clearly isn't following standard portions. Paying nearly $9 to be shorted on ingredients and blamed for it is wild -- this location needs the staff to be retrained!!!! read more

She then says , " do you want me to move some from this bowl to the other"... ‍‍ wow. Just wow. I was like "never mind", and reached to have my bowls back. Bri is less than inviting. The typical "I hate my job. I don't really care about you. I just work here" vibe. Zero customers service. I tried to overlook the ridiculous dead behind the eyes look from her because I work in the restaurant industry and I know I have high expectations and can be a tough critic when it comes to customer service. So I stopped expecting some of these young employees to smile, be welcoming, or give a crap. So obviously I'm not going to leave a bad review about this young girls awful attitude and customer service. But the moment you don't know how to actually do the main thing you're hired to do ( make the items on the menu) , bye. Just bye. No customer service skills, couldn't care less about customers and doesn't know how to make the bowls(as far as I know). Maybe she doesn't know how to make any other items either. We won't be coming back for a while. I'll call back in a couple of months to see if she's gone. The last few bowls were not good. Bri ruined this place for us.
