Needless to say, my concerns were spot on and my plants started dyeing and my outdoor light fixtures were discolored. When I reached out to him, he said, "I was hired to clean your house" and accepted no responsibility for all my plants and bushes and fixtures and simply said, "Jesus loves you." (huh??) He didn't even have his own hose and used mine. He said he was in business for 10 years yet ILSOS indicates the business was incorporated in '23 and Rudy is not even an officer of the company.... So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.
