I love this place, and the people who run the company. I literally just picked them off a list of auto body shops online, and man was luck on my side...I should have bought lottery tickets that day too. My Land Rover sustained damage to the front end and right quarter panel. The work Hector and his team did to repair it is wonderful, everything looks brand new, and the paint job is amazing. They went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. They are extremely professional, polite, warm and yes kind. The receptionist, Carmen, was a doll; she was beyond pleasant over the phone, and told me her son, Hector, would contact me before days end regarding a quote. Hector contacted me almost immediately after I spoke with his mother. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Although he had a lot of work, he told me to bring my vehicle in the following day. My husband dropped my car off in the morning, and by 1:00 pm. we received a call that it was ready to be picked up. Great service! My 2012 car had extensive damage to both passenger-side doors. Hector and the Prestige Auto Body team brought it back to its original condition. They replaced both passenger doors, repaired the damage to the wheels, paint, etc. I was out of town when the car was finished, and they had no problem keeping it for me until I returned. They took care of all of the insurance transactions and worked with Enterprise to get me a rental car when I needed one. I received the car and it looked brand new! A few days later, I only noticed one small issue with the passenger window going up/down. I brought the car back to Prestige Auto Body since they guarantee their work for life, as long as I am the owner of the car. Again, they fixed the issue and the car is back to normal. They returned my car in perfect condition and extra clean! I highly recommend this family-run business to anyone who needs to get their vehicle repaired! read more

I selected this repair shop based on reviews here on Yelp. I was not disappointed. They were very courteous and explained everything in as much detail as I desired. It took a little more time to get my car back than initially estimated; but, it was because they had to wait on the insurance company to appraise the damage and later to approve items that the appraiser left off the initial appraisal. It was no fault of theirs. The inside of my car was embarrassingly untidy (dirty) when I left the car with them. They did a complete interior cleaning detail before returning the car to me. That was a very pleasant surprise. Initially, I went to the W.....mson repair facility that the insurance company recommended; and I was not pleased with their treatment of me during the initial visit.
