The shipping spacers were left on the car -- something that should have been caught during inspection. When I brought the car back the first time due to driving issues, I was told it was just flat tires. It wasn't until they put it on the lift that they discovered the spacers had been left in. Even after that, the car's electronics were malfunctioning. It started revving on its own at a stoplight, triggering a call from roadside assistance because it appeared I had been in an accident. That's how unsafe the situation was. I brought the car back again, and they had to bring in an engineer to address the issue -- all within the first month of ownership. Despite all of this, I've only driven the car for three days total. It has spent the rest of the time at the dealership. Now they are refusing to exchange the car, and the only "solution" they offered was to let me walk away from my $10,000 deposit in order to get into a different vehicle. That's completely unacceptable for a car that was unsafe and improperly delivered from the start. I expected more from Audi. This experience has been stressful, frightening, and extremely disappointing.

They were the most reasonable in the area and could take me immediately. Then I went to them beginning of December, 2025. for a dead battery - and an interstate was installed expertly and expeditiously. They told me I needed brakes and tires soon - and said by April. Wellll,, They knew, to the day. By the beginning of April, my brakes were beginning to squeak and I got there in time and did not need rotors. Again, They are so kind and know their job and work so quickly I am hardly there long. And they are also very reasonably priced for their work. I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I got a great deal and had them sent to stonehouse and the tires were installed on Wednesday, just in time. Ray knew they were down on treads and I'd need them by April. This place does excellent work and they have wonderful customer service. I will always use them for when my car needs attention.

I gave this dealership the opportunity to address this privately before posting publicly, but after speaking with the owner and sending over dash cam footage last week, I never received any follow-up response. I brought my Jeep in for a traction control issue that was causing intermittent loss of acceleration. The dealership kept my vehicle for two days and claimed it had been driven extensively in an attempt to recreate the issue. However, my dash cam footage showed significantly less drive time and mileage than what was communicated to me. What was most disturbing was the behavior captured on the footage. The employee driving my vehicle made repeated highly inappropriate comments about young high school-aged girls and women, insulting comments about my car by calling it a "piece of shit," and statements implying my vehicle was extremely unsafe to be driving. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to after trusting them with my vehicle. They also expected me to return the following week to take one of these men for a ride to try to get the vehicle to act up. After reviewing the footage, there was absolutely no way I felt comfortable returning to this dealership. I understand not every issue can immediately be diagnosed, but professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers should still be expected. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience here. Today, the owner of Welsh went to another dealership to pick up my wife's new car. WOW, talk about a well oiled machine for customer service. We moved to Pennsylvania about 9 years ago and have no problem spending 1.5 hours (each way) to purchase and service our vehicles. Some people ask us why would we buy and service a vehicle some 80 miles away when we have Jeep Dealers in our backyard. The answer is always the same. The people at Welsh are simply the best. We know every person in every department. Bill, Brian, Kevin, Nathan, Mike and Mr.Welsh. My wife and I have always been satisfied with any Service issues with our vehicles. I apologize for this review being so long winded. All of the people at Welsh are professional, easy to work with and results oriented. Stop by and give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
