I would also like to add that there is literally nothing wrong with my car, all I ever ask is for them to add on a part, and they've never been able to get it right, but they will say it's because of my car issues, that's why they can't do it right... They were the most reasonable in the area and could take me immediately. Then I went to them beginning of December, 2025. for a dead battery - and an interstate was installed expertly and expeditiously. They told me I needed brakes and tires soon - and said by April. Wellll,, They knew, to the day. By the beginning of April, my brakes were beginning to squeak and I got there in time and did not need rotors. Again, They are so kind and know their job and work so quickly I am hardly there long. And they are also very reasonably priced for their work. I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I got a great deal and had them sent to stonehouse and the tires were installed on Wednesday, just in time. Ray knew they were down on treads and I'd need them by April. This place does excellent work and they have wonderful customer service. I will always use them for when my car needs attention.

Keep in mind that my car is 13 years old with most things original parts. I knew stuff was just breaking down and they did point that out. They provide a "free" vehicle inspection (fluids, tires, brakes, etc.) I give them credit for pointing out the safety items that needed to be replaced and they were not too pushy with the other "non safety" items. I guess it's their place to provide me the option to replace. They are transparent with their prices (parts and labor). The shop itself is very professional for an "independent". They know who their customer base is. When I was there, a couple of Porsches were on lifts and a number of other Audis, BMW, and Mercedes were parked along the property. None of the cars looked "old". They have complimentary loaner cars (needs to be scheduled out)- I was given the BMW. When I went, the labor rate was in the mid 90s. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience. I think they are a very good alternative to the dealer. It seems they are thorough with their work which translates to "options" for the vehicle owner to decide.
