I'm not usually one to post reviews but I had to for this. I understand it's normal to get a few cuts here and there during a haircut. He's come home with cuts before. But THIS?? Y'all hella messed up my husbands neck. Does this look okay to you? He came home and there was literally blood coming out of the cuts. This looks like a rushed job. I don't appreciate the lack of care you had for your loyal client. And the fact they didn't say anything about the cuts?! Coming home looking like this, is NOT okay. I really hope you clean your clippers before every client. Because He was straight up bleeding. And my husband was nice enough to STILL tip y'all. Do Better. read more

went here a few days ago it is the worst haircut i have ever gotten. took an hour and a half to do a 20 minute cut and came out horrible

Came to this place while in town recently. Tried to schedule an appointment but was given a hard time and was told that it wasn't something they did as a shop and that I would need to reach out to the individual barber that I wanted to get a cut from which was a bit backwards to me when you compare to how some other barbershops do things. As a result, I ended up coming in as a walk-in and had to wait 30 minutes. The dude who cut my hair was decent. The edge line was cool, but not as straight as I would have liked at the tape line. He offered some recommendations on some hair care products I could use for my beard in training which was much appreciated. Might come back if I am ever in town, but this place definitely needs some sort of scheduling system that makes it easier for customers to have a set time with a barber. Probably one of my biggest pet peeves with barbershops, but overall still a decent experience. read more

You know you have a great barber when you follow them to a new location. I may have hijacked my wife's barber when I decided to cut my hair two years ago. There hasn't been a style that I brought to him that he wasn't willing to try. Being a barber isn't just a career for Jeff, he cuts like it's his passion. He's willing to go the extra mile for his clients and I appreciate that. Jeff is a solid guy and I appreciate the time and effort he puts in to hone his craft. "Loyalty, loyalty, loyalty...10-4, no switchin' sides..." So, my barber of the last 3 years, Jeff, left his last place of employment and made the move to Prestige...so where he goes, I'll follow. Jeff is an awesome barber. No matter what ideas I have for my hair, he's down and makes my mane desires reality. Jeff is consistent, which is deeply appreciated. I've never had a bad cut from Jeff. Did I mention that his name is Jeff??? This is a pretty cool shop. Sports on the tv, fun banter between barbers and customers - even an ATM machine in case you want to make it rain. What I really like is that the chairs in the waiting area are comfortable...that means a lot to me and my derriere. Everyone is super friendly and they all seem like really good barbers. Couldn't be a better barber shop...and then there's Jeff! read more

***********WARNING*************** Mike was my only barber for over the last two years. Paid him a lot of money to cut my hair. He was ok, we got along, even texted each other some workout tips until he became very unprofessional and rude to me over a mistake he made. I made and appointment with Mike recently for 11:55. Showed up right on time to see mike finishing up with a haircut so I sat in the waiting area for a couple minutes. He finished the haircut and as I got up to go to his chair he called up another client at 12 o'clock. Kinda confused about my appointment I scheduled for 11:55 I got up and left because I had some stuff to go grab, came back 30 minutes later to find a new person sitting in his chair about to get their haircut. I left again without a haircut because I had a meeting to go to. Mike texted me later blaming me for showing up at 1230 for my appointment, I told him I was there at 11:55 for my appointment I scheduled at 11:55. He responded with, I didn't see you, and instead of owning up to his mistake and making things right he continued to blame me. He told me to go find another barber lol, got the screenshot of that too, and I did, wasn't hard at all. He puts on a nice guy act but watch out this dude has way to big of an ego to ever be wrong. My brother went here to get a haircut today he had to go to a different location afterwards to fix it because the barber did such a bad job. The neckline was jagged and she didn't listen at all and took way too much off. She took all of about 10 minutes in total. I would not recommend this place. They did such a rushed botched job. read more

Had my haircut by Fred. He did a great job! The genera atmosphere was inviting and casual and everyone is nice. I'd highly recommend.

I've been going to Antonio for a couple of years now and never had anything less than a perfect cut, highly recommend!

Go look for my man Adrian in the back right he is awesome. A lot of experience license in multiple states and a true fade master. I enjoyed the atmosphere and my son got a great haircut from Patty. She was great with my son even though he likes to move a lot. She had a lot of patience. The shop is a great place to come and check out. read more

Not a walk in type of place Don't bother if you don't already know the barbers and have an appointment.

My regular barber wasn't available so I decided to try this place out. The location is in a very busy area but parking wasn't an issue. Walking in the barbershop had a very nice layout and good energy. Mike is very quality over quantity when it comes to haircuts.Prices were fair.Highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quick and precise fade. read more

Great Spot for a quick new look, or just touching up the one you have. Michael knocked it out of the park.

These guys don't even acknowledge that you walk in the door. They're too busy looking at the tv cutting everyone's here at snails pace. You ask them for what you want and they just stare at you like "oh I actually have to do work?" They take the easy way out and barely cut anything off. They offer you extras and when asked how much extra it will be they say "no extra charge". When it came down to pay clearly on the board it lists their prices with them hoping you won't see it they end up charging you for the "free" extras. I would not recommend these place unless you are a pretty boy like all these millennials working there look like. No customer service skills. read more

This is probably one of the worst to open around here, they make you wait an hour just because somebody either knows them outside of work or they completely disregard that I was there before them. They seem like they could care less about what customers think of them, I even saw one guy cutting his own hair in there instead of cutting mine!! Like that is the most downright thing to do in a customers face willing to pay good money to get a somewhat decent haircut. Very bad experience every time I have been and would recommend to stay as far away from there as you can if want your hair to actually look good and meet decent people. To top it all off today I went there and he just hand-motioned to me that they weren't open even though he was cutting someones hair and other people were inside, it is pretty sad that they can't even come to the door to tell them that they are closing after the last hair cut even though they close at 7pm and its 5pm. Very pathetic. read more
