I sat down at 11am and by 11:13 my haircut wast complete. Never received any of those service. Now let's get to the haircut. I grew my hair out for 6months so the barber could have a blank canvas. Showed pictures and such. Let's just say it's hammered dog shit now. Complete disaster and disappointment. There is nothing "Premium" about this place. Now I will receive a message from the owner with some BS about how sorry they are. Save your time my guy.

That's on their end -- not mine. Despite that, I still booked again. One time I had to cancel on short notice because I was on-call and got called in. Another cancellation was done within the required notice window. The next time I booked appointments for myself and my younger son, my appointments were canceled -- twice. When I called, I was told that because I had canceled previously, I should "find another barber." So let me get this straight: They can repeatedly make customers wait well past their appointment time, but if you inconvenience them once -- even within policy -- you're immediately cut off. That's not professionalism. That's a one-sided relationship where the barber's time matters and the customer's does not. I have no interest in doing business with a place that operates this way, and others should be aware before booking.

Ive been a client at Prestige for years. Every barber is different so you have to figure out which one you like and schedule with them. I take my two kids there and I think they are down to earth guys who do a good job. When you show up typically people are laughing and chatting it up so its always good vibes. Obviously I like the way my hair turns out or i wouldn't keep going, its all about dialing in your barber and helping them understand your style preferences. Once you have that, you won't switch. read more
