I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending nearly a year and a half dealing with this company, I feel obligated to warn others. Choosing this company for our kitchen remodel was one of the biggest mistakes we have ever made. From the beginning, it became obvious that there was little communication between the designer, the owner, and the installation team. The installers often arrived without the proper plans or knowledge of our appliances, even though all appliance specifications had been provided before we signed the contract. The installation quality was extremely poor. Our cabinets had to be installed and removed four different times, causing significant damage to our kitchen walls. Every visit seemed to create new problems instead of solving the existing ones. One of the biggest mistakes involved the range hood cabinet. Our hood required a 19-inch cabinet, but they designed and ordered a 12-inch cabinet. Instead of admitting the mistake and ordering the correct cabinet, the owner, Hani, repeatedly tried to convince us to return our brand-new hood and purchase another model that would fit their mistake. We refused because the error was entirely theirs. Another unbelievable design decision was placing the dish rack approximately 6 feet 2 inches high. Even my husband, who is 6'2", could barely reach it. When we complained, we were told this was the "standard" height instead of acknowledging the obvious design flaw. The cabinet measurements were also incorrect. We had raised our ceiling before signing the contract, and Hani personally visited our home multiple times to measure everything himself. When the cabinets were finally installed, there was a large gap between the cabinets and the ceiling because the cabinets were too short. Instead of accepting responsibility, we were told that we had raised the ceiling after his measurements. Fortunately, we had video footage from the day he measured our kitchen proving that was not true. Even then, they refused to reorder the properly sized cabinets. Instead, they suggested installing black filler pieces to hide the gap, which completely ruined the clean European look we wanted. The island was another disaster. The installers forgot to leave enough space for the dishwasher that had always been included in the design. After many arguments, they reopened the island to create additional space, but it was still too small. During installation, our dishwasher was damaged, and the cabinet next to it still does not open and close properly. Their stone fabricator also performed unacceptable work. The countertop was cut approximately 7 inches too short, leaving a noticeable gap next to the stove where exposed cabinet wood is visible. This happened even after they replaced the countertop once already. The backsplash installation was also poorly executed. To make matters worse, after installation we were told not to place hot cookware directly on the countertop--even near the stove--which was never disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we known this limitation beforehand, we would have made a different material selection. The project timeline was completely unacceptable. What should have taken a few months stretched into approximately one and a half years before our kitchen became functional. We repeatedly waited six to seven months for replacement parts because they appeared to combine multiple customer orders before placing them with the manufacturer. We waited months just to receive the correct hood cabinet, toe kick, and snack bar top because they had not been ordered correctly the first time. The company charges premium prices but delivers poor workmanship, poor project management, and disappointing customer service. Based on our experience, they prioritize minimizing their own costs over delivering quality work. It felt as though they hired the least experienced installers while charging prices comparable to high-end kitchen companies. There are two owners. The second owner was polite and tried to help calm situations, but unfortunately most decisions were controlled by Hani. During our project, we often felt that legitimate concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, and responsibility for mistakes was repeatedly shifted onto us instead of being acknowledged. By the end of this project, we had spent an amount comparable to a house down payment, yet we were left with a kitchen that still has unresolved issues and does not reflect the quality we paid for. If you value quality workmanship, experienced installers, honest communication, and timely completion, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our kitchen renovation became an exhausting, stressful experience filled with delays, repeated installation mistakes, damaged walls, design errors, and constant arguments. I sincerely wish we had chosen another company. After everything we experienced, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

I held off writing this review for a long time because I was hoping they would finally complete the job. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward cabinet installation turned into an absolute nightmare that lasted over one year. From the very beginning, their measurements, design, and installation were disastrous. The project that was promised to take just a few days dragged on for months. For over six months, we couldn't even install our stove because of major measurement errors with the range hood -- errors that could have easily been avoided if they had simply reviewed the appliance specifications we provided. The owner, Hani (the owner), was quick to blame everyone else (including the Wolf hood manufacturer) but never took responsibility for his team's repeated mistakes. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, to the point where I had no choice but to fire him from the project. I even sent multiple formal letters demanding corrections. Formal letters to the Stosa (the manufacturer company in Italy), demanding to conduct investigation into their work as well. We paid a premium price for what we thought would be high-quality Italian cabinets and professional service. Instead, we got constant delays, excuses, and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. There are far better options for custom cabinets in the area. read more

We contracted with Prestige Cabinets for a Stosa kitchen, remodeling our early 80's kitchen. We chose their cabinets for the stylish, modern European look. The cabinet finish and tolerances are as good as top of the line German cabinets. (We checked). Their design help was extensive and very valuable. It's a long process though: cabinets came to CA about four months after the final order was given. After that, demo and installation of new cabinets was fairly quick and Leo Brigido's team was reliable and good to work with. The time delay allowed us to check various appliances and look for more affordable ways to acquire them, consider various countertop alternatives etc. We are happy with how it all turned out and are planning to turn to Prestige/Stosa again when new remodeling needs arise.
