We bought a Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher from Reece and couldn't be happier. Adolfo is an expert on dishwashers. He helped us find the right model for us and answered my many questions. The installer (David from Razor Sharp) was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure it was installed perfectly. We have an abnormal kitchen in that we built 36" high counters (2" higher than standard). The model we chose has adjustable legs to 35.5". Which was not a problem for David, He gave it a little height by screwing on some wood to the feet of the d/w. Brilliant. I recommend Reece and their installer Razer Sharp whole heartedly. read more

They have a spacious showroom featuring a variety of kitchen appliances in all price ranges (SubZero, Wolfe, Miele, Kitchen Aid, etc), bathroom appliances (sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets) again from a variety of manufacturers. The selection is basically endless, so it's good to have an idea of what you want, but if you don't they can always give you pointers! The showroom just has a sample of options. The guy at the door definitely needs some training, as he's pretty obnoxious. This is the second time I stopped there, and while I had some friendly help yesterday (which is the only reason I didn't give 1-star), I only had a limited time and it took so long for anyone even to offer me assistance that by the time I was offered help, I only had about 10 minutes before I had to leave. It's the weekend today, so of course they were busy, but when I told my assistant yesterday I would be back today and asked for her card since she was so friendly and helpful, she never told me I needed an appointment. Yet today we were told by the guy at the door that she was fully booked with appointments, and when we asked him if anyone else might be available, he was pretty vague and generally gave off the energy that he wasn't interested in whether we got assistance or not. He basically said we needed an appointment, so I'm confused why this was never mentioned to me yesterday when I said I'd be back today on Sat. We're remodeling our entire home, including two more bathrooms and a kitchen and laundry, but I'll happily give another place my business. I had ordered a toilet for our bathroom reno from another company in October (said to be delivered by Nov 4th, in time for Thanksgiving guests) and by Nov 14th, it was not delivered and I was fighting for a refund. Things started out great but ultimately fell far short of our expectations. We were looking for kitchen and bath fixtures and this place is close to home with a pretty good selection. We were helped by Dori Wigger and she was fantastic guiding us through the process and helping us pick out the perfect kitchen faucet ($800+). We completed the purchase and were told we would have it in about three weeks. Three weeks came and went and we didn't receive any updates on the status of our faucet. I sent FOUR emails to Dori and left TWO voicemails over the course of three more weeks seeking status of this order along with questions on some bath fixtures we were interested in). I did not receive the courtesy of a response to any of my attempts. When I called the main number to see if she still worked there, I was told she did. Extremely disappointing that a salesperson would ignore every attempt at communication once the sale was made. We finally received the faucet yesterday - 7 weeks later. I have no issues with the delay in receiving the item, I know that is on the manufacturer and not within the salesperson's control. But I do have an issue with someone who ignored SIX attempts to reach her - that is terrible customer service and they have lost a customer as a result. We still have six more faucet sets to purchase but will be doing business elsewhere due to our experience with this particular salesperson. There are too many options out there and online to waste our time or money with someone that has no regard whatsoever for the customer. I hope the management of this location sees this review and addresses it before they lose other customers as a result. read more

I am a restoration contractor who is doing a project and we had to remove the tub during demo. This tub is very specific and hard to find. I called in and spoke to Dori. She was very patient and knowledgeable with me on the phone trying to figure this tub out. She found the tub at the Anaheim location and the surround at the Torrance location and would have the surround transferred to Anaheim in 1-2 days. Everywhere else I called had a 2-3 week lead time. If you're looking for down to Earth, experienced and (best of all) good-humored, zero-pressure customer service, Expressions is the place. I've only visited the Irvine location but decided I had to write a review mainly because Joanne was so wonderfully REAL, totally understanding that I had a whole lot of choices to make without an unlimited budget. I can't tell you what a difference it makes to feel that empathy from the start. All that, and she makes a great cup of coffee! The other salespeople there seem as down to Earth as well. (I can't tell you how nice that is after far too many frustrating trips to Fergusons, where I felt like they practically wanted me to get down and beg before they'd assist me.) The selection is impressive, but not terribly overwhelming. Looking forward to many more visits while we get our remodel done! read more

I was trying to find a specific Kohler sink after a previous purchase fell through. Everywhere online said it would be at least 1-2 weeks. I called on Friday to see if they had the sink I was looking for in stock. Jodi was super helpful and said that they had the sink in one of their stores and could have it delivered to the Irvine location by Tuesday. I showed up on Tuesday and walked away with my new sink. I was recommended to come here by our cabinet man. Mary was very knowledgeable and friendly. We changed our mind a couple of times and each time she sent us the information that we requested. We ordered all the hardware and 3 appliances for our kitchen remodel. This was done about 2 months before we needed them so they stored them until we needed them. About a week before we needed them she found out the the main faucet hadn't come in. Navigating the Home Depot website for the right kitchen sink was overwhelming and the in-store help wasn't cutting it. I decided to try a 'designer showroom' featuring Kohler kitchen sinks so I could understand how to properly measure for my small galley kitchen. I thought it was going to be a limited selection, with a fussy or snooty sales person and sky high prices. All I needed was a kitchen sink for my 1964 condo. All I wanted to do was swap-out my old sink for a new cast-iron under-mount for my new counter top. I live on a budget and can't afford to make expensive mistakes if I measured wrong. Within a minute, the receptionist introduced me to Kenny Mach who took time to listen to my concerns. He pulled out all the stops for me. He showed me how to properly measure, demonstrated what the various under mount sinks looked like underneath the installed displays and went over numerous options for me. The kicker? It cost less than Home Depot. No joke and the whole truth. I got qualified personal service and it cost less than Home Depot. I'm not a big Yelper, but this place should be considered seriously for your home design or home improvement project for kitchens and bathrooms. Yeah, they have a beautiful design center with amazing products, but it was the technical skill of willing consultant combined with the more than reasonable competitive pricing that made the final sale. Don't let the high quality product line scare you off, this is a business for all homes, grand or modest! This was a nice surprise; but, an even greater value in product and expertise. read more

I'm not giving a 1 star because at the beginning of selecting our purchase, Christina was very helpful. However, it's been a disaster since. Never order from this company. Ordered in May and explained we needed product in July. "No problem, we will keep it in the warehouse when it arrives and deliver it when you call us". When I called . It's somewhere else. "just now getting on a truck". Our trim was given to another customer because "it was in the warehouse too long". So, I had to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. I had them overnight the one thing they had and ask for a refund. I've waited two weeks for my refund. After getting the run around with 3 people, I disputed with my credit card. Now they want to help resolve. Really? They still can't issue refund because now they show a pending order and need to cancel it. I told them to get their **it together. They must have two customers with the same name because I never ordered anything AND last week I had a delivery guy show up at my door to pick up a faucet I never ordered, paid for, or got delivery. They are so messed up there that even the customer rep, Dori, even said that if this was her she wouldn't do business with them either. read more
