She was openly hostile, clearly miserable in her job, and made no effort to hide her disdain for customers. When I called out her attitude--politely, mind you--she doubled down and flat-out told me to take my business elsewhere. That's exactly what I did, and I suggest you do the same. It's one thing to have a bad day. It's another to make it your mission to drive customers away. Lisa shouldn't be working in customer service, and this place doesn't deserve your business if this is the kind of person they choose to represent them. I would not recommend this cleaner because they will mess up your clothing and treat you like a stranger that's never spent hundred with them.
