The person I spoke with over the phone, Amy, was amazing. I usually hate speaking to doctor offices over the phone because the people who answer are usually really dismissive, but Amy was totally different. She took my concerns seriously and told me to come in right away. Everyone at the office was extremely kind, personable, and thorough. Within 3.5 hours, they performed initial tests, referred me to a root canal specialist (who was also able to take me right away), then accepted me back to get a mold for a custom mouth guard. I usually do not have great experiences with dentists, so I am extremely happy and relieved to say that I had a wonderful experience here. I strongly recommend coming here for any emergency dental needs you may have.

They called me three times to get my insurance information and then when I showed up they said they still haven't heard from my insurance. I call my insurance and they don't have on record them calling in. They then tell me I have to reschedule because they don't have what they need. I am in excruciating pain and have waited a week to get in to their office. I live 45 minutes to be seen then was told I have to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee. Avoid at all possible, they do not care about the patient, only their wallet.

I decided to give NuLife a call after Sondra Rae's (XL106.7) recommendation! The office is very serene, spa-like with state-of-the-art equipment and TVs above the patient's chair. The staff is very friendly offering coffee, etc. in the waiting area. The X-ray tech, hygienist and Dr. Hoover were all very gentle and thorough explaining all steps during my initial exam. I have a few treatments ahead of me, but feel confident in proceeding with Dr. Hoover's plan.

I am very anxious when it comes to my teeth, but Dr. Glosson was very knowledgeable, a true expert. I didn't feel much discomfort, and do not remember any pain. I felt secure about the quality of his work. Plus he is a nationally board certified Endodontist. It has been a few years and I have NOT had any problems with the job he did. I couldn't have asked for better, except not needing a root canal in the first place of course. I live in Los Angeles now, and have found myself in need of a root canal again. I am not joking when I tell you I actually considered flying back to have him do it. I settled for calling to see if he had any recommendations in LA. He did not, but they even returned my call regarding the question, from which they stood to gain nothing. Above and beyond.
