The cars we used were newer models and immaculate in and out. We took 5 lessons with two of their instructors (Jack and Yaakov) both excellent. They don't just "teach to the test", but also teach driving skills that will keep your family safe. Their knowledge of the process in the county is remarkable. (the road test in this county can be tough) After each lesson, the instructors took the time to explain to me what my child needed to practice and focus on Their flexibility and availability was key for us and proved invaluable. We got a phone call after the road test checking in (that in my opinion is great over the top service) Needless to say, my daughter passed with a perfect score on the road test. I arrive 15 minutes early for my first appointment. My daughter's instructor arrives 15 minutes late, pulls in the driveway and beeps the horn to summon us. She doesn't get out to introduce herself, there was no prior notification of her being late, and she has an attitude. The instructor drives off after my daughter enters the car and says she'll be back at 1pm. The facility has no waiting room or chairs. Luckily there is one metal bench my daughter and I shared while we waited. Unprofessional is a great way to describe my first experience. For the amount of money I paid to send my daughter to this school, solely based on reviews, I am highly disappointed. I can only hope the rest of the sessions go better since I purchased a package.

The school itself is also wonderful to work with. They are extremely responsive and professional--even if you reach them after hours and leave a voicemail, they call you back right away. As I stated below, i was an older student with little experience. Previous part of review left on Jan 2021: I'm a current older student. As with most typical bronx/city people, we never bothered to learn how to drive unless it was necessary lol. The point is, that i've been taking lessons since September 2020 & everyone has been great. All 3 instructors I've been learning under have been very nice. The owner is a good guy, him and his staff are doing the best they can considering the circumstances with COVID-19 this year so people need to cut them some slack. They teach and go over everything including the basic, day to day stuff you as a new driver completely gloss over; pulling into parking lots, filling up at the station, etc. Thumbs up from this bronx girl who is a 1st time driver at 40.

First instructor that I got couldn't even speak English.... Which I think is very rude, to live in America without having a basic knowledge of the language. Gladly, I was transferred to another instructor named Brian, with whom the communication was very easy and the result - I passed my Road Test without any difficulties. I really hope, the company will have more instructors like Brian, who is a professional and speaks the language of the country he is living in
