Update- I dropped my car off at 10:00 am, completely empty from any garbage or items that they…read morewould have to remove to start cleaning. Was told that there are a few ahead of me and it will take time to complete. I stated they quoted me no more than 4 hours when I scheduled and I was told that's correct. We went over what I was quoted and they said for that amount they would shampoo the inside, (I have leather seats so only shampoo would be the floors and trunk liner) do a full interior detail, wash/wax the outside and power wash the engine making it look brand new. The gentleman asked if there was any areas they should focus on at which time I stated yes; I have a dog who unfortunately had an accident and urinated in the vehicle and I need it cleaned and remnants of any smells removed. I've never had any of my vehicles detailed before so this was the first time. I received a text at 1:30 saying it should be ready in 30 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later (2:40 pm) I texted for an update. At 3:00 pm I received a call that the car was ready to pick up. When I returned to get my vehicle, the front window was not done (I did have to tell him, and at which point he went to get a rag, sprayed something on it and wiped it, making it smudge even more! Pictures are below with incomplete work. With the amount I paid it should've been spotless and I should've not had to re-clean anything! The odor from the pups accident is still there and I'm now out hundreds of dollars!!! All they did was cover up the smell with a horrible strong air freshener that they should've asked before putting in due to a medical condition where that's extremely irritating to my lungs! Logically, they saw a female to take advantage of. All there did was a simple vacuum, armor all, quick wash and power wash for staying there 5 hours that caused me to get completely taken advantage of! My disappointment and frustration for the lack of consideration and follow-through plus the feeling of being taken advantage of is beyond what I can express. DO NOT use them! Nothing can make up for this. If you can't take a vehicle and do a proper COMPLETE prommised job, don't say you can take the appointment and rush your way through!
