I paid for the full rust treatment at Ziebart in Utica, NY in October of 2024 and assumed that they did the job right. A year later it was brought to my attention at the Watertown Ziebart that the folks at Utica did not drill holes in my doors and rocker panels as they should have. Watertown Ziebart took care of me. Stay away from the one in Utica. They are crooks. read more

This place is a joke. Better make sure you have your "i's" dotted and your "T'i's" crossed when using this place. They do not care, they do not prep. When your rhino liner literally peels of from the bed and you find shinny paint, you know that they hired the bottom of the barrel. Just fair warning to you not to go here. read more

While meeting my daughter who was having her car detailed, I was sitting in my car waiting for her as she was leaving hers for the day. A young lady came out of the building and started videotaping all the cars in the lot, which would have included license plates. When she started filming mine (which was not being worked on) I immediately got out of my car and asked what she was doing. She told me it's their policy to film every car in their lot. This to me seems a bit of an invasion....especially if they are filming cars that are not checked in for service. I'd be wary as this seems a bit sketchy to me. read more

The price here is very economical throughout the country if you compare. They also offer a yearly spot check which you can't beat. not done anywhere else. The front office is obviously trained in customer service because the two girls there are amazing. This is a good deal. I got the Zeibart and then the upper tier also. In this area you need some thing on the bottom of your car. read more

Brought my car in for the first annual undercoating, a car that has spent most of the year in a garage and only has about 1,500 miles on it. They told me to wait a week before washing it so it sat in the garage. I then take it down the road to the car wash to discover they got undercoating tar on the hood and attempted to polish it out. The day I dropped it off they called me shortly after to try to upsell me on some other crappy coating but they never called to tell me they made a mistake and got tar on the hood. I called this Ziebart just to get a quote fo my new truck purchase. After being invited down to look the store over Chris the Manager showed me a couple of the current masterpieces they were working on, explaining the process and some packages they offered. No pressure 'advice" with plenty of opportunity for questions. I purchased one of their better packages to protect my investment, covered the truck top to bottom with a great warranty. The process took a couple of days, but after seeing the detail and amount of work I can see why. Mike, the garage manager, leading a great team of techs shuttled me back and forth while the work was being done. Great customer service, detailed work and a fair price. Fantastic job. Manager said it would take four hours or so, they had it done in less than two. Washed my car, windows and did a great job undercoating. In about a month or so, I'm going to get it rust proofed as well. Just keep doing what you're doing, a phenomenal job. read more

I had Rhino liner sprayed in and it looks very good. They did a great job with the bed liner . My issue is with putting the hardware from my rail system. They put it back on and misaligned the two side pieces and tried to screw them back in making new holes and stripping out the screws. Also there were a few screws that didn't even get put back in and were just laying in the back of my bed when I got home. I paid in advance and I picked my truck up after hours. I guess that was my mistake. Overall good on the liner job but a little dissatisfied with the rail system issue. I called and left messages but never received a call back. Just be very careful and inspect the work. read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Chris, I never once felt pressured. He had a delightful attitutude and was there to help. I came in to get a full detail inside and out for my 08 Mercedes GL450. After the heavy snow and salt and insufficient floor mats, my floors needed a heavy cleaning. Having six children, all leather and a 3rd row vehicle....there was a lot to be done. I asked a lot of questions and he happily responded in vast detail of his products and services offered. I decided on the Ultimate Detailing Protection Package. I applied for the finance card, which fully funded the transaction with no interest for 6 months...pretty awesome if I might add! Setup an appointment for the next morning. He even has a deal worked with Enterprise rentals down the street for big jobs that take all day like mine. Dropped it off the following day and excited to see my results at the end of the same day. PHENOMENAL job!!! Chris called mid day just to give me a heads up of the progress and then when my vehicle was finished. He is a Euro car enthusiast like myself so he took great care to detail on this and it surely paid off. My Benz looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Added thousands of $ value back to it easily. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone for a great detail and overall experience.
