EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE…read more I called Arrow Auto Glass after considering Safelite just to see how their prices compared and I'm very glad I did- Being over $100 cheaper in addition to the fact that they didn't charge more for coming to you to get it fixed (rather than having to go to them), I was ecstatic. The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule an appointment was very pleasant and informative and was able to set me up with an appointment even the next day! The technician who replaced my windshield called promptly in the morning to inform me of when he was coming and he showed up in that time period and was finished within an hour. He was very nice and worked efficiently. Windshield was nicely replaced, made sure to cleanly put the registration and inspection stickers back on and even made sure to reinstall my EZ-Pass. Great service, I really appreciated what they did and I would go back to them again.

Arrow did not follow through with their warranty. Denise handles claimed and she refused to approve a repaired now I'm stuck with using my insurance to repair the track and I pay deductible. Never using arrow again
