I was able to schedule an appointment fast and easy, and the second I walked in, Jeremiah and his team treated me like I was a good friend. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and he took his time to explain to me each option in detail, and the pros and cons of each package. He also helped me choose exactly how dark I wanted my tint to be, making suggestions when I was unsure. I ended up picking their premium option and I couldn't be happier. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. Now, it's so much cooler getting in, and it also cools down MUCH faster as well, making summer driving way more bearable. The appointment didn't even take long at all. I dropped my car off, went out for brunch nearby, and it was done right as I was finishing up my meal, and I am NOT a slow eater. When I picked up my car, Jeremiah explained the aftercare process to me very simply and concisely, which was very easy to follow, and I was provided an aftercare package! While I will admit it was a little pricer compared to other businesses when I was shopping around (and I DID get the most expensive option, so I'm sure even if you're on a budget, the cheaper options are just as good), with the level of care and effort the team put in, as well as the lifetime warranty that's included, I'd say it was well worth the price. I wont go into detail on pricing, but I can positively tell you that Daniel was not only competitive, but fair. Best part, he uses only the best tint film and he provides a lifetime warranty on his work. If it bubbles, rips, etc, dont worry, hes got you covered. Daniel took care to save my window stickers (which I told him to toss anyway). He is knowledgeable on Hawaii Tint Laws and will tell you exactly what he thinks you should go with if you are unsure or want your car to be darker but legal (or not). The sun can ravage your skin, damage your vision and degrade your personal belongings. Sometimes it's uncomfortable to enjoy my window view because the sun is bright and unbelievably hot. The heat can get so unbearable; I want to enjoy the sun, not baked in it. With this in mind, I contacted Pacific Rim Glass Tinting to inquire about tinting my windows. Since I have 1 very large window, I want it done the right way. After contacting PRGT, they provided me several options, different price points and made suggestions based on my unique situation. I made an appointment, they arrived on time and proceeded to clean my window spotless and tinted the window. The job was done in half an hour. I was WOWed!
