I found this to be very disrespectful to accept and confirm an appointment and then change the technician at the last minute. The reason given for the change is "I won't be in that early", if that's the the appointment should not have been confirmed. A schedule is provided on your website allowing a customer to choose who they would like to service them, to undue that choice is horrible customer service. Respect your clients - I will not be back.

The bigger issue came a couple days later when I noticed my fingernails didn't even match my toes anymore. Looking back at photos from the day of the appointment, it's clear the color on my nails actually changed -- you can literally see where the top coat was applied, and it turned this strange brown shade.
