Confirmed my appointment multiple times, then canceled on me the morning of the appointment. I had a confirmed appointment with Prestige Auto Salon and planned my day around it. The appointment had been confirmed multiple times, so I had every reason to believe they were prepared to provide the service. Then, the morning of my appointment, I received a message saying they had a "scheduling error" with their booking software and had double-booked my appointment. Their solution? Reschedule me for August 17th or later. I understand that software problems happen, but this is ultimately a scheduling and business-management issue that shouldn't become the customer's problem. If you confirm an appointment multiple times, the customer shouldn't have to rearrange their schedule and then find out at the last minute that the appointment doesn't actually exist. They did offer $50 off the service, which I appreciate, but honestly, that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having my schedule disrupted at the last minute. I was prepared to give Prestige Auto Salon my business and potentially use them for additional services, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion. A confirmed appointment should mean something. Hopefully they fix their scheduling system and communication process so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

Warning to anyone considering booking here: My tint appointment was canceled less than 12 hours before my scheduled time this morning, and the cancellation came through an automated text. What makes this especially frustrating is that I personally called and booked the appointment with the owner earlier this week. I'm also a repeat customer and had reconfirmed that I wanted to keep the appointment. I blocked off my calendar and planned my morning around having the tint completed. The owner seemed very nice when I spoke with him, but canceling a confirmed appointment at the last minute with nothing more than an automated text is extremely disappointing. It certainly leaves the impression that another job may have taken priority. There are plenty of other tint shops to choose from, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope they learn from this and use better judgment when handling confirmed appointments, especially with repeat customers. I decided to try someone new for my detailing services and I will say I was not disappointed. Jacob did a FANTASTIC job. Recently, Jacob of Prestige Mobile Auto Spa refurbished the headlights on my Toyota Camry and did an excellent job. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Immediately after, I received a confirmation and then a reminder just prior to the appointment date and time. Jacob was on time, neatly dressed, and courteous. We spoke briefly to confirm the service I'd requested. It was clear that he had the equipment, materials, and experience for the job. He got to work straight away and did amazing job! He also coached me on the best ways to protect the headlamps from becoming foggy again any time soon, e.g. park in the garage - out of the heat if possible and wax the headlights. (All these years, when I would wash my cars, I would carefully wax AROUND them! Who knew?) He cleaned up after himself and left my driveway as he'd found it. His price was competitive and fair (slightly less than I'd expected). Not only would I recommend Prestige Mobile Auto Spa to others, I've also coordinated for him to remove light scratches from the clearcoat on my granddaughter's hood and front quarter panels the next time she's in town visiting - I got a little zealous a while back when I tried to remove bugs before helping wash and wax her car - Lesson: never use a nylon kitchen cleaning pad to remove bugs!
