I was VERY distraught about the contract policy in which I was not fully informed about. However I was connected with a manager that was very professional and empathetic and my concerns were addressed fully and effectively. I was shocked that a company took their customer service seriously and made right when things were wronged. I had a poor review of the company because of this experience because I did not want anyone else to experience this. However because of the prompt resolution and obvious care and belief in their company values I recommend them if you're looking for this type of service.

From start to finish, the customer service was awful--hard to reach, unhelpful, and consistently unreliable. Every time they came out to treat our yard for wasps, the problem actually got worse. Instead of solving the issue, it felt like they stirred things up and left us with even more wasps than before. To make matters worse, they were almost always late and when they came it seemed like they almost pretended to spray and got out as fast as they could. We gave them multiple chances to fix the problem, but they never followed through or showed any real concern about the ongoing issue.
