They have been very kind and helpful when I have contacted them, it has been the actual property I have had issues with, and that may reflect more on the contractors hired to do the work than the management company, but they are, nonetheless, connected in the overall experience. The beginning went smoothly. They were very helpful and great at communicating through the application process and were great at working with me to get me in as quickly as they could. Finally the day came to move in and I was told the property would be ready on a specific day and I could pick up the key anytime after 10am. I picked up the key and arrived at the property after 12pm or so and there were workers still at the complex. I asked if they needed to do any work in my unit or if it was ready (the door was hanging open) and they said that was their last unit they needed to work on (utility installation). Somehow the communication had not reached them that my unit was supposed to be one of the first. They finished quickly, however, and I returned about an hour later and was able to get in. Not a huge deal, but slightly frustrating as I had people helping me and we had car loads that were ready to be unpacked. Once I got in there were also minor issues in the (brand new) apartment (bad paint job, patches done poorly, flooring slats that weren't pushed together completely, etc.) that showed a rushed job, but livable. Since then I have been working to get internet set up in my unit, but every company I have called has been unable to verify the address and one told me the wiring and set up should have been worked out previous to renters moving in between the builder, the owner, and the internet companies, then the information of which companies the building was wired for should have been communicated to the tenants. I then found a larger issue on my second day here. The washer water valves had not been turned on when they were installed. I tried to turn them on so I could wash the laundry I had already put in there and water began to spray everywhere. I tried again more slowly thinking maybe I had turned it on too quickly, but the same issue. I now had a washer that didn't work with half wet clothes inside. I feel like the management has been good to work with despite all of these issues. They are kind and helpful every time I contact them whether it be in person, on the phone, or via email. I will update my review later should these issues escalate, but for now, I still give them a four star for good customer service.

A representative of CCPM had previously contacted me about utilizing their services in response to a rental ad, so I got a hold of them. I found out pretty quickly that they were NOT the professionals I assumed they were. Within just a few days of signing papers with them, I was informed by a friend that one of their employees had been talking about me (with someone who happened to know me and did NOT work for them at all) and how "stupid" I was for trying to rent the place on my own to begin with, and gossiping about details of the initial lease from before they took over. That was only the first sign of what I was in for. Dee, who I assume is the manager of the company, is the one I dealt with after that incident.

Once he showed up to the Netgain office, they tell him he has a different room assigned. Dispite screenshots of the application with the correct room number on it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't do anything about it, the room was already rented to another student... Huh?? Derek D. Morton, the owner of Netgain, does not return my calls or emails, so here I am writing this review. I find this sloppy ,unprofessional , and greedy practice. I wanted to move to a smaller community and my grandson was going to college up here anyway so it worked out for both of us. From the very beginning this company they were rude and condescending however we needed a place to rent and it suited our needs, most rental companies up here charge your deposit one months rent. They charged me three times the rent. I paid $4500 deposit, I understand that the contract says that I only get 80% back. At the time we needed to move and I thought it would be OK . As a renter, they do nothing for you. You can put in a service ticket. Nobody will answer it and then it disappears from their site. I moved out over 30 days ago, I had the carpets professionally cleaned, and I hired a professional cleaner to come and clean after reading the other reviews about how they overcharge for cleaning and carpets, so I decided to be proactive. $900 of my deposit was nonrefundable. It was in the lease however when I finally got my deposit back after 30 days they made you wait, they still took an additional $65. Told me it was for trimming the back tree, I understand I was responsible for the backyard, but that was like for pulling weeds. Never have I ever heard a tenant having to trim a tree, which was the same, as when I moved in. And as far as the front yard that is the HOA responsibility not the tenants and this HOA only comes and does yardwork once a year. I even asked him to cut the bush back way back because it overgrows. When they finally did send my deposit back they just sent it regular mail no tracking number with USPS , no UPS no FedEx. I truly feel that I was discriminated, Cause I was an outsider coming into Cedar city, and because I had a college student living with his grandmother. I truly feel unwelcome in this city now because of this company. Please do your research before you move here, but do not use this property management company. And I go as far as to say if you want to buy or sell your home home do not use ERA Realty it this is a reflection of how their company operates and treats their customers Potential clients.
