They are fabulous! The system was installed late December 2005 during landscape remodel. It was finished mid January 2006. We have been so happy with our system. In addition to the overhead awnings, we had them install three shades that we can pull down as the sun is setting. With the addition of the system, we can really enjoy our patio to the fullest. The awnings keep a large amount of sun out of our living room during the summer and fall, however when we pull all the awnings back to the house for winter, we get the sun that we want. Then, the color they recommended, which was more of an ivory, looks terrible next to my white cabinets in my kitchen. I had asked the designer to recommend the best blind color seeing my decor, and she assured me the cream would look really great and soften the look. Well, she was wrong in that a blind with whiter undertones was absolutely what should have been ordred, not ivory since my cabinets were WHITE. When I called to tell them they don't look good next to my cabinets and that I took their recommendation, they said it was my mistake, I shouldn't have ordered them. When I said I took Katie, the designer's recommendation, they said it didn't matter, it was my decision and they would not exchange them. When I asked if they would consider a break on two cornices to cover the cream strip near the white cabinets above the blinds, they said NO. This was your fault and we will not give you any concessions. HRMPHHH. Go to Lowes or somewhere else to avoid this company. For the limited number of items I order for $3000, I could have bought from a much better company that actually knew what to design, and treats their customers with respect and understanding.

Starting from the owner and ending with youngest person working there. They started to think I was recording them, but now looking back I wish I did, but I just wanted to let them know I was there to work and not for any high school drama. But again the boss wasn't very peaceful about this all together. just wanted me to have no say and quit. After that the boss started to put my friends against me, again I started to have patience. For them it was enough, they found themselves in a big serious problem. After we worked 3 months overtime the boss took a vacation for about a week and after she came back on April 1st 2019. she talked to my supervisor and everyone and made a plan to fire me without no reason. She turned the lights off (they didn't want me to catch them doing the dirty works). and she called me in the office. Saying " I have to let you go, because you sowed four draperies together before six months ago and you hurt Linda and Cathy". Which that wasn't the truth in the first place! What I'm saying in this review is the truth ..... This place is like HELL I need to let everyone know , if your interested in this job watch out .... Because it's too much to deal with. He did not adhere to the contract he wrote and signed, nor the statements he sent me in emails, in his words, "We put are pride and soul in our work and guarantee our work. If you have any issues after you can always call me and I will come fix it". -He was hours late almost every time he came over to work -He had people helping him the day of pour that he claimed to not know, and it was obvious this was their first time ever doing work like this (the guy pouring the concrete had to get out of his truck and help them with the patio because it was clear they didn't know what they were doing, they were having so many issues, and it was so chaotic) -He ruined our grass with equipment and wood -There is zero attention to details and his workmanship is beyond sloppy (lines aren't straight, the border only goes ¾ of the way around the perimeter, the stamps are uneven and overlap each other, there are holes in the surface, none of the sides of the patio are straight, and the photos of the steps speak for themselves) -He left our yard completely trashed with concrete, rocks, and metal -He wrecked the side of our house, getting concrete and color powder all over our siding and door, he knocked our light crooked, and he left us with some of the siding ripped off -He left piles on concrete, gravel, and trash (with a beer can in his trash pile) on the property next to ours -How he left our patio is not useable, our steps are crumbling, uneven, and not safe, and there are huge dips where water puddles He came back the next day and agreed it was awful and said he'd be back the next day to rip it up and re-do it. We haven't heard from him since. Won't return a call or text. He took over $9k from us and left us with an unusable patio, a huge mess to clean up, and another huge expense of figuring out how to rip it up and get it re-done. After some research I've found out he is working under multiple names, with multiple phone numbers and addresses associated to him, so be careful. Most likely because he's running from bad reviews and money he owes other people. This man clearly has no idea what he's doing and is a fraud.

Before he started we chatted briefly about what my goals were and why I was interested in the audit. We came up with three goals and went from there. He tested the air quality of my home and did a blower door test. We found some surprising areas that was losing heat and were inefficient. He was helpful in ideas for quick home fixes to making a list of problem areas to focus on. I was pleased with the whole experience. I wouldn't have realized energy audits were a thing until I spoke with a co-worker who recently had one conducted. I am glad I got one done on my home.
