It didn't help at all. It just says call failed. Sometimes I can get on a call for a few minutes but it cuts out until it finally fails. Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me. He called over a friend and they talked about it for awhile and then he started asking me "what's even wrong with the phone? Why are you here?"
