Recently we had an issue were a section of the screen stopped working. Went back to Zagg and they had excuses for everything. We even had a Zagg screen protector on the phone. They said that the reason for the part of screen not working is due to the phone falling which it had not. So, this to them was the reason for the failure. They also said the warranty on their labor is 1 month. If anyone is planning on using them or their hardware I would rethink it. They are not reputable; they do not stand behind their product or their labor.

Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.
