Though a bit complicated to get started, Claire greeted me when I walked in, and walked me through purchasing credits, choosing the right machine, and hooking up to wifi so I could work. She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

I worked too to bottom everytime I worked, but behind the scenes of working at this place was horrendous mostly from a management perspective, I was sat down a few times by Brian the general manger to be told that I'm being manipulated by my coworkers, for various reasons but I was constantly told that he didn't want me in the middle but the only times I was involved in drama was because it was brought up to me by him. he has tried to tell me that my coworkers are malicious to each other, leaving bad reviews after a good one is made, and the final straw was I was sat down to basically be asked if it was worth calling him over a customer complaint and that next time I should just wait to tell him in persons. being made to feel like that I can't go to my manager about things after being told repeatedly I can call about anything was strange but even stranger was working for someone who didn't care about customer complaints. they care more about keeping employees who could have their behaviors easily corrected and bad reviews than remedying anything that could easily be brought up or resolved because customer complaints should be a priority. I refuse to continue being brought in the middle of anything, constantly being told I'm being manipulated by my general manager, I've never once met the owners other than a phone call once but hopefully they see this and realize how bizarre it was working here and fix it now that it's a public review, I wont be updating this until I find out from them personally anything was said or done. the obsessive need to keep employees has gone too far, you're LOSING employees because of the mentality that you shouldn't bring up issues to employees. and while I do appreciate offers to come back anytime, I don't appreciate the lack of communication, resentment and manipulation from higher staff that has followed over a LAUNDROMAT. they allow employees to continue bad behaviors such as an employee named Robert who is still allowed to work at another location (Henrietta I believe) despite having video evidence of sexually harassing customers. he was supposedly fired but then let back. Robin who I continued hearing complaints about from CUSTOMERS not other employees and the behaviors will continue going unchecked because again higher management refuses to acknowledge these things with her. very simple conversations/ communication could be made but apparently reporting complaints = wanting people to be fired.

I'm a frequent user of this Laundromat and used to wait in line for one of the old triple loader…read moremachines to become available because the regular machines could not handle much weight and often had a stopped error so I had to use 2 regular machines and putting all those quarters in was a nightmare. I liked the fact they were open 24 hours so I coul get the big machine later at night. I want to thank the owner for upgrading the facility and machines. Its a pleasure now to visit. They have 24 washers now, all larger sizes, 3x, 4x, and even 8x size and 24 5x dryers. I'm happy about the machines taking all major, credit cards, apple pay and google pay and even quarters, you just tap your phone to pay. You can also insert quarters to add 5 min per each quarter to the current wash cycle which is quite useful. They could use more folding tables cause two aren't enough and it would help if they were slightly wider. I didn't notice free wifi when i tried to log in and didn't see any tv or music videos, but maybe that is coming. They shortened the hours to 6 am to 10 pm but thats not a big problem now tjhat I can always get a larger machine. I have never seen a laundromat with all these great features and somehow they fit it into limited space in a good way. Im waiting for the qr codes to work with phones and loyalty discount cards to become available as the machines are set up for it.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. Today is one of those days that I find myself at a laundromat. I am so grateful that MadeNew Laundry in Henrietta opened up. It's worth the little extra drive coming from Fairport to be in an environment that is truly kept immaculately clean and that I feel safe. On top of that, the machines are state of the art technology for washing without wear and tear on my clothes. They rinse and spin thoroughly and dry without cooking the fabric. I am very pleased by the outcome everything from my delicates to son's work pants. Upon walking in, I was given a friendly greeting by Jason who gave me a quick tour of how to get started with the payment system. You have a choice of purchasing a reloadable Laundry Card using either cash or credit card. Or you can download the Laundry Cat app and use a card or other electronic payment, like Apple Pay, and use the app as a virtual laundry card. I chose the Laundry Cat App. It's pretty nifty as it uses the WiFi to give you a status of the machines you have in use. It's easy to reload your account and it's easy to apply payment to a machine. Loading and starting up the machines was a cinch. Wash time is 30 mins or less. Dry time is 20 mins or less. The dryers are very efficient. All in all, it was an excellent experience for going to the laundromat.
