The staff did not provide important information that families may not know to ask about. When people are grieving, they rely on the funeral home to explain the process, discuss available options, and make sure nothing important is overlooked. Instead, I felt that essential information was withheld unless I specifically asked the right questions--questions that someone with no experience arranging funeral services would not even know to ask. I expected guidance, compassion, and clear communication, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Families should be able to trust that they are being fully informed without having to guess what questions to ask. I hope the funeral home improves its communication and takes a more proactive approach to helping families during such a difficult time.

They delivered high-quality customer service from the moment we walked in for the meeting with Mr Houston to the moment we stepped out of the limousine at the repass location. Mr. Houston was welcoming, warm, and friendly. He was very transparent during our discussion about the finances. We wanted to purchase our casket from another source and Mr. Houston was very accommodating of our wishes. He took the time to explain different types of cemeteries and interment systems so that we were able to make well-educated decisions. The information was clear and had no tricky fine print in the contract. The pleasant, homely ambience of the funeral home encouraged us the celebrate our dad's life rather than mourning a loss. Due to the pandemic, accommodation is restricted to 30-35 persons in the funeral home, which was fine for our family. We were very pleased with the dressing and makeup of the body. Again, they delivered beyond our expectations. The minister skillfully blended our family cultures in his message to us. The vocalist was anointed, to say the least.
