Went to buy a Genesis from Kenny at Hertich Ford. I did a weekend test drive only to realize that the transmission was having issues. I brought it to Kenny's attention to which he told me it was being looked at and then he would call me. Later the GM George called and told me his mechanic was driving it and would call me back once they knew the issue. The next day Kenny called to say they sold the car, as is I imagine. Not only am I frustrated that they lied and wasted my time but I feel bad for the poor person that they sold a messed up car to. Bad for business and definitely won't return. read more

We bought vehicles here prior an paid cash for 3 used months later they could not produce titles to them had to trade them back at a loss. They have a WE OWE YOU sheet that you get at sales time for things they dnt have like keys parts an damage. Once you walk out that paper is no good they dont honor it months later nothing comes. Jordan the sales men wont answer phone calls texts nr return any. Gm george did the same. Just a warning so you do not make same mistake. Had to give one star bur ir should be negative 5. Such a shame after last Gm left there they hit bottom no accountability from anyone there. Sad read more

Ford Dealer Buying cars is always an ordeal and over the years, I have learned a thing or two about it. Recently in the market for a late model used Ford Edge, I spent a lot of time researching the various car sites and hit upon the right vehicle sitting at Hertich Ford. I called and inquired and they were super helpful on the phone with answering my questions and due to the distance involved from us, they put the vehicle on hold for a small deposit and we got up there a few days later. The salesman was Vito and he was a real champ. The car was all spiffy and ready to test drive when we got there. Once the wife decided that she wanted the vehicle, we got down to the paperwork part. Vito and the team really went above and beyond to help my wife find a payment option she could live with. While we were waiting they brought us snacks and even shared their lunch with us. They were super nice and even tolerated my young toddler who was in toddler-explorer mode and was all over the place. We had a expiring leased Ford vehicle and they arranged that turn in as well so we essentially drove in with the old model and drove out with the new. Life was good. Vehicle is great two weeks later as I write this and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a car at a fair price with a great team of people. Give them a shot. read more
