Wonderful pizza wings and curly fries! Try it for your next Carnegie pizza fix, you will be pleased!

Jeff makes amazing specialty pies and he goes above beyond for the experience of his clientele. I appreciate the relaxed ambiance and it is some of the best pizza in the south hills. The hoagies and wing night are worth your time EVERY week!

I really wanted to love this place being that it's local to my hometown, but very disappointed. I ordered a large 12 cut pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, and 10 buffalo wings for pick up. I ordered the day before and was told the total was $25. It was $38!! The pizza was delicious, but the wings were missing a lot of sauce and although I ordered well done, eh just ok. Apparently, the price per topping was $3.19, and so that added almost $7. She mentioned that was bc it was for take out? No, just no. Those prices for pizza and wings are ridiculous. Again, not worth it.

New place in town. I kept seeing their pizza on Facebook & decided it was time to stop. You walk in & place your order at the desk & then your order is brought to you. There is a self-service fountain pop machine. We chose to sit at the bar ourselves. Ashley & Kayla were amazing. We had the pepperoni rolls which were quite good. The ranch dressing is homemade & amazing. I did get a salad & it was so fresh & tasted great. Hubby ordered the wings & is a wing snob, he said they were good. We really enjoyed ourselves & will be back to try other items from the menu.

Here's my receipt from my purchase 6/11/24.

My husband and I have always loved your noblestown location and have been patrons since you opened. Everything has always been really good...until....6/11/24 when we came in for dinner and the place smelled like grease so bad that we both had a couple drinks and burnt onion rings and mushrooms while we waited to get our food to take home. The wings were over cooked! Turn your fryer down!!! Your smoking out your business!!!! As I went to check out, I was shocked to see the price of my 2 small drinks. First, I had 2 mixed drinks of Grey goose and oj. The oj was not even oj, it was apple, grape and oj by Apple and Eve. The real shocker was when I asked for my check and realized not only was I charged $19.00 for 2 Grey goose vodka and oj, but I was also charged separately for the oj! Now I got upset when I asked about the charge and my bartender told me, that's just the way they charge for a screw driver. Ok, come on.....it's happy hour and I'm paying $20 for 2 small screw drivers? Not to mention the greasy smelling air I had to breathe? I'm done! I've always purchased Grey goose and oj from you and been charged $6.75 a drink. You got me this time. Just don't think others don't look at their check as well! Bye bye!

Stopped in for happy hour on a Tuesday and there is plenty of great deals. Also great music and trivia too! Got two pieces of sausage pizza and they were served in 5 minutes. Delicious too! Was told everything is home made and ingredients for the sauce are imported. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Slice on Broadway serves up pizza all throughout the city of Pittsburgh. There are several…read morelocations, but this particular spot is in the heart of Carnegie. We have been here several times, and usually stop for a slice when we are in the area. Located right on E Main Street, this pizza shops serves made-to-order pies, pizza by the slice, rolls, hoagies, and much more. There is street parking around the shop, along with a paid parking lot right across the street. The shop is smaller, but is updated and cleanly. There are several tables for dine-in guests, but no large tables. If you have a larger party, you would need to split up into several tables due to layout and size of restaurant. We visited on a Sunday afternoon in July. This was during a Farmer's Marker right on E Main Street, so there were a few customers from that. However, it was not too busy or overwhelming. We only had one person in front of us when we went in to order and had no issue finding a table. You are able to order whole pizzas and customize them like any other pizza place, but what makes Slice on Broadway stand out to me are the slices available at the counter. That concept very much emulates their namesake, and reminds me of shops in NYC in that regard. Since I usually visit here with just my fiancé, we tend to stick to ordering a few slices instead of an entire pizza. This way, we can try different types without spending a fortune/having excessive leftovers. On this visit, we tried four different slices and a roll. We had a Plain Slice, Pepperoni Slice, White Slice with Spinach and Tomato, and a Pepperoni/Cheese/Pepper Slice. All of them were good, but my personal favorite was the Pepperoni/Cheese/Pepper. That is not a combination I would have necessarily ordered for myself in a full pizza, but I loved getting to try it. It opened my eyes to putting the yellow peppers on pizza! Additionally, we ordered a Spinach Roll. This was very good, and came with a marinara sauce for dipping. All of the items that you order at the counter - the slices and rolls - are heated up before being served to you. So, even though the items are on display, they arrive hot and fresh out of the oven. I have found the staff here to always be helpful and friendly. Specifically on this visit, we received great service from the cashier. He informed us on what the different pizza slices were while being friendly and hospitable. Personally, I have never had a negative experience with the staff at this location. The prices are average here. It is nice how you can purchase individual slices that are ready in a few minutes, but ordering several of those will add up quickly. They do accept both cash and card, which is a plus! I would recommend Slice on Broadway if you are thinking about making a stop. They have several locations, and you can try different pies by purchasing a slice available at the counter. The service is quick and friendly. It is a great place for a quick lunch or bite at any time of day. I have always enjoyed coming here, and will definitely be back in the future.

We didn't, but somehow got lucky snagging seats at the bar... which honestly turned out to be a perfect spot to eat too! The beet salad was SO good I could've easily ordered a second without hesitation. I had a self-proclaimed Reuben connoisseur with me, and he declared it the best Reuben he's ever had (second only to his own, of course ). It's not your typical version either--no standard Thousand Island overload. The corned beef was perfectly peppered and packed with flavor, and even the bread stood out. Fish tacos? Absolutely a yes. Fresh, flavorful, and just done right. We split sides--tater tots for one dish and the homemade chips for the other. Always go for the homemade chips here. WOW! They had this subtle sweetness that made them seriously addictive. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and food that lives up to the hype. Totally worth it! One quick heads up: there's a 3% fee if you use a credit card, so plan accordingly.

My daughter and I went here for the first time recently. It was intended to be a mini celebration…read morebecause it was her last day of school. We arrived around 4:30pm, we had to park on the street, but there were several spots available. The restaurant is small with a casual interior. We were greeted and seated immediately. The food was good with hearty portions, but our waitress rushed us the entire time. We said we needed a few minutes, because this was our first time here, so she stood there and just... waited. She didn't offer to make any suggestions or ask whether we had any questions, she was just standing inches from the table looking at us. Finally I had to say, "oh, you don't have to wait right here, it'll be at least 5 minutes." Then she left. We ordered an appetizer, two entrees, two non-alcoholic drinks, and two desserts. She never asked whether we wanted dessert, and reached to present the bill while asking if we needed any takeout boxes. I had to interject and ask if we could see a menu for dessert options. The check was placed on our table before dessert arrived, which has never happened to us before at any restaurant we've ever been to. Then, when the desserts were brought to the table, she grabbed the bill presenter and said, "are we good?" I replied, "no, I'll pay when we're done eating." It was odd because we went very early and there were only a few other tables occupied so, I had no idea why we were being rushed the entire time. They also brought my daughter's entree with the wrong side, but they fixed it right away with no fuss. I left a generous tip and didn't report our experience. She was never outright rude to us, but rushing guests at every interaction is uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this place is good, but if I ever go back, I would insist on a different waitress.

So my friend ordered from here during a game night around 11 pm on a Sunday since this is one of…read morethe few pizza places nearby open until midnight. We got the large buffalo chicken pizza. When it arrived, there wasn't a phone call, only a text saying it had been delivered. My friend felt bad because they weren't able to leave a tip after the driver came all that way late at night, and when they called, they were told not to worry about it. So my recommendation is to keep checking your phone because they may not call once it's delivered. I also think calling customers would help so people can leave a tip and so the pizza stays hot instead of sitting on the porch. If my friend hadn't checked the phone, we wouldn't have even known it arrived. Although the pizza was smaller than we expected, it was absolutely delicious and honestly crave-worthy because I'm still thinking about it. At first I felt a little disappointed because there was no tomato sauce and I had really been craving tomato sauce, but the buffalo sauce had this weirdly addictive quality to it and worked so well with the cheese. I can definitely understand why they don't combine it with tomato sauce because the buffalo flavor would probably overpower it, but I still secretly wanted the tomato sauce too. One thing that impressed me more than expected was the quality of the chicken on the pizza. It was sooo good. I don't know if it was grilled or what, but it was excellent chicken -- juicy, flavorful, and not even slightly hard or rubbery. The chicken honestly made me want to try their chicken bacon cheddar ranch and chicken broccoli Alfredo pizzas too. I just wish every slice had the same amount of chicken because I think the chicken was what I was looking forward to the most. I also still want to try their regular pizza with tomato sauce and will update this review when I do. Even though buffalo chicken pizza normally wouldn't have been my personal first choice, I somehow ended up eating 8 slices because it was that delicious and easy to eat. Definitely more pizza than I planned on eating, but something about it kept making me want another slice. Looking forward to ordering from here again.
