We decided to drive the 10-mile drive on wing night. We got there at 4:30 and we're told it would get busy soon (it did). I ordered the Lion Lickers, a hot bbq sauce, and my friend ordered hot garlic parm. Both were fantastic! Quick service and Jillian, the bartender/wait staff, was a delight. My party of three dined here for the first time on January December 10. We were disappointed to find that the only table available for us was a high-top directly in front of the disc jockey. The restaurant was loud and crowded. Although our server forgot our appetizers, she was pleasant and welcoming. She did manage to check on us a number of times. She had a lot of customers to handle as she was also tending bar. Our meals were okay, but my Reuben sandwich was dripping with too much thousand island dressing, making it difficult to eat. The side dishes were good and the portions were generous: french fries and tots. The delayed appetizers: chicken enchiladas and mozzarella cheese sticks, were just okay. Prices are fair. read more

Nice little Bar and Grille located literally on Miller's Run Rd. You have about one foot of space from the road to the restaurant. When you walk inside its clean, and a friendly wait staff. An appetizer of Honey BBQ wings, decent sauce, mild sauce, but good. Wings were decently crunchy, good amount of meat on them. I had Southwest burger, which consisted of a third pound burger, topped with an onion ring, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a mild house made devil sauce. The bun was really good, either house made or locally made, either way very airy and light, really good. A side of skin on fries, which were excellent!! Family had the Chicken Cheese steak. Grilled chicken chunks baked in a tasty hoagie roll with melted cheese and peppers and onions. Overall very good sandwiches with fantastic skin on fries!! Been meaning to try this place that is very local to us. Haven't been here since it was Iron Creek a number of years ago. Don't like the parking lot deter you- it was pretty full but there was no one in the restaurant side. It was bright and clean inside. Service was excellent- super friendly and helpful . Very pleased with the beer selection and happy hour prices (see one of my photos). Not a very big menu and limited side options. I had the South Fayette stack- great flavor on a nice bun. Side options were fries and chips- go with the homemade chips. The fries were a major downer- undercooked and soggy (oil likely wasn't hot enough). Tried a side of their beer cheese to go with the fries. That was also a major miss. Nacho cheese with some beer mixed in- it was bright orange and just not very good. Husband likes the fish sandwich- but it was greasy as well- a nice size for $8.99. All in all, okay. Was hoping to like it more because it is so convenient for us. We will be back to support a local business- may ask for my fries more "well done" next time. read more

A hidden gem! How have we lived here for 10 years and not known about this place?! Specials every night of the week; we stopped in specifically for the $3 Build-a-Burger night, and it was great! They have the standard beers on tap with one craft handle, and there were several other crafts in bottles. The bartender was very attentive and pleasant. Atmosphere was cool and calm, and not too noisy. We're definitely going to try this place again! read more

This place is amazing. Really good food and really friendly staff. I often go down and eat at the bar. The regulars are friendly and it has a real home town South Fayette feel. The prices are really great for what you get. Fresh food and no corners are being cut with quality. If you order a burger you'll have a generously hand packed fresh ground patty, a freshly baked bun, and the toppings of your choice. The wings are awesome and the company will keep you entertained. This is definitely the hidden gem of the Bridgeville area. read more

On the day we went, there was a group of about twelve guys who had apparently been drinking since they woke up, but they were friendly; I kinda wanted to hang out with them. The waitress, who told us that it was usually pretty quiet for lunch, was enjoying their company, too. I've been here twice, and the food is pretty good. Their salads, in particular, are huge and delicious, with homemade ranch dressing. My girlfriend drank the house wine, which she said wasn't terrible. It's a nice place for lunch. read more

Just not good, either had all the wrong taps connected to the wrong beer or they simply just don't know what beer they purchase to sell to customers. On IPA night I asked what IPAs they had and all I got was a shrug from the bartender and had me look at the taps. How as a bartender do you not know what beer is an IPA and what is not. Ordered a Hazy IPA and got a stout, the two look nothing alike. Just a typical neighborhood dive bar that will probably have a new name in a year like the long list of owners that come through that location. read more

Came here for lunch and no one else was in the place. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with nothing on it and fries and my dad ordered fried chicken sandwich w cheese and fries. The bartender said fries came with it. We also got glasses of coke that tasted stale and disgusting. The bartender was very unattending. The grilled chicken sandwich was chewy and almost inedible. The fries were also gross and not even ranch could save them. The place was clean but that was the only good thing about it. I couldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also, the check came and the fries for one meal were included but they were extra on another even though we ordered the same special. I asked the bartender about it and she just said, "I don't know" and didn't make any attempt to correct it. The drinks came in tiny glasses and are $2.50. On top of that, they billed the drinks separate from the food so we paid tax twice. I like to support local places but this was just stupid. read more

Come for the beer, not the food. Local place, gave it a 2nd go, came up real short. The appetizer we ordered they weren't making anymore, but waitress didnt know that till she placed order. I ordered the chicken sandwich, 2 round thin pucks of processed chicken, bacon, American cheese which was probably processed and not melted, and their sauce. Awful, all you could taste was the sauce. With menu this small, food should be on point. There hasn't been a good place in this building since Marianis was there, gives you an idea how long we've tried the different places. read more

Iron Creek is a great place to go for a drink, or to grab some awesome food. I like to go particularly on Tuesdays because the owner works on the bar that night. He's always taken great care of me and takes time to create conversation with the patrons. Isn't that why we all choose a place to frequent?! There is no better feeling when you sit down and don't have to say a word, but your favorite meal or drink is just put down in front of you. The tacos are great, and my personal favorite is the Chicken Rancher in a wrap. They also have a great cheese sauce that is home made and its crazy addicting! The atmosphere is great, and has that small hometown feel, kinda like a "Cheers bar" but in little old Cuddy, PA. I've gone here for just a drink and I've also brought groups after softball games and they have always accommodated us. Iron Creek also gives back to the community and sponsors softball and baseball teams, along with participating in fundraising, most recently a spaghetti dinner for a woman with children who lost their home to a fire. I love the customer appreciation day and holiday parties each year too! You can always count on an event going on to make plans to attend whether dressing up for Halloween or ringing in the new year. I'd rather spend my hard earned money at a place where I am made to feel important and appreciated rather than a chain restaurant where I'm just another butt in a seat any day and recommend this place to every and anyone.
