Then she asks me if I'm ready to go, and I said I would like to let them dry since she just finished them and she got up and walked away. 8 minutes pass, I'm not kidding I look at the clock to tell myself I needed to let them dry for 15 minutes , a random worker walks up to me and tells me its time to go.. There was maybe 5 other people in the store and it was 5pm so they were not closed. It was very off putting and uncomfortable. Then when you go to pay the tip options are 20% , 25%, and 30% .. Which I was a server for years and 15%-20% are standard tipping numbers. My lady did a good job on my toes, just an odd experience and I will not be back.

I usually get gel or SNS manicures here and regular pedicures with other massage or special soak add-ons. They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet.
