Went to get a pedicure, regular polish, my lady doing it did a great job. I usually like to let my feet dry for 15 minutes and then put my shoes on, she put my shoes on immediately, which messed up the polish. But no worries she fixed it, but did not clean up the polish on my toe. Which is fine I can do it at home . Then she asks me if I'm ready to go, and I said I would like to let them dry since she just finished them and she got up and walked away. 8 minutes pass, I'm not kidding I look at the clock to tell myself I needed to let them dry for 15 minutes , a random worker walks up to me and tells me its time to go.. There was maybe 5 other people in the store and it was 5pm so they were not closed. It was very off putting and uncomfortable. Then when you go to pay the tip options are 20% , 25%, and 30% .. Which I was a server for years and 15%-20% are standard tipping numbers. My lady did a good job on my toes, just an odd experience and I will not be back. read more

So this was my first time coming here and the only reason my daughter and I went, was because of the location. Needless to say we won't be coming back! After spending over $300 for the both of us (Mani and Pedi), the next day, the polish fell off my daughter's toes. She had gel on her toes and the polish came off completely. My daughter had gel nails put on and they did a horrible job with the polish. It was uneven and they didn't extend the polish on the side, so it looked like someone tried to polish her nails in the dark. We couldn't go back since we left the next for vacation. Do not waste your time and money here! They charge way too much and I'm an idiot for not questioning the bill. The place we normally go to charges half of what we paid and does a fantastic job! I have been coming to this location since it opened. it is beautifully decorated. I called to find out when they take the last client and was advised 7:30pm, since they close at 8pm. I arrived and checked in and picked out my color. I had forgot mine at home. I usually bring my own since they have a lot of matte colors and I prefer glossy. They have a large selection of gel colors. I tried the gel once and I was not to happy with it. Too pricy for me. I picked out the Elegant Mani Pedi. I believe they have one with hot stone massage for the Pedi. I will try that one next time. Both technicians were very nice and worked on me at the same time. They were fast and efficient and I was very relaxed. I was very pleased with my color and experience. They will be remodeling starting at the end of this month and will be closed about a month. I am hoping the remodel will not cause the prices to increase to much. read more

I went it today for a French manicure and regular pedicure, and it was ok and somehow sloppy. I entered and asked for a manicure. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and was instructed to sit on the couch. A minute later, a white woman entered and asked for a manicure. She was insyricted to sit at a station and wait for a mail tech. A few minutes later, a tech arrived and attended to her. As a Black woman, I will NEVER enter this establishment t again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. The blatant racism is too much. read more

Very accommodating, but the quality of the materials is very poor. It was difficult to communicate in the loud environment with the sounds of the machines, and though my daughter's nail tech was accommodating when we let her know we weren't happy with the change she made to what we asked for, but there is no reason the nail polish should have popped off like this after a few hours. read more

I couldn't remember why I stopped coming here, so the day before thanksgiving I made the last minute decision to stop in and get my nails sone before going out of town. I paid them a visit as soon as they opened to avoid the rush which can often get you sloppy work. Within hours my thumb nail was peeling, by the next day several others had done so and I was able to peel back very soft, uncured gel. I got the same exact product on my feet at the same time by another technician and it's still going strong two weeks later. So I remember now that I stopped coming here because the service is just too hit or miss. I'm further irritated because I reached out via email with pictures the next day as I was out of the country by then. I have yet to receive a response. I had to have my nails redone on vacation and they're still in tact, which again underscores the fact that I got sloppy work done on my hands in the first place. read more

I'm so disappointed with this nail salon. I used to come here a while ago and left bc they charged me for something that I didn't feel I should have been charged for. I didn't cause a scene or anything I just let it go and in my head said I won't return. Well, I decided to go back to Luxury Nails after about 6 months bc it's convenient. So, on 4/12/24 I decided to give them a try again. I was happy with my nails and toes. I go to checkout and the manager rings me up and I notice a $5 charge. I noticed he hurried and showed the grand total fast, but my eyes caught the $5 charge he added to my total. I politely asked why he charged me $5 on top of my other services and he said bc we took off your gel toes and I said I never get gel polish on my toes only my nails and he said let me ask the lady and he came back and stated she said you had it, but I'll take it off and I'll check the cameras. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I never ever get gel toenail polish. I think he didn't think I would catch the extra charge and when he did he blamed the sweet technician. He basically treated me like I was a liar and just trying to get over. I called to tell him how upset I was, and that I was accused of lying and he told me he did watch the camera and I didn't get gel taken off my toes. I know this is a long story, but please DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. He is trying to rip ppl off without them knowing. This is now the second time. The first time I let it go and this time I will never come back. I will tell everyone about my experience. This was a horrible experience and made me feel sick that ppl can try to scam their customers!!! I wonder how many times he's added charges to his customers total without them knowing. I didn't mind A Wait bc I had no where to be... the lady gets to me no hello just starts one my nails I start explaining what I wanted, same as I did with the guy at the counter she looks confused so I am rightfully disappointed but ask her to just do one color and I'll be fine and goes to get the guy at the counter..i try to explain to him again and he doesn't allow me to even get more than a few words out before basically deal with it we have a lot going on. total communication error as if he would have said they could not do it I would have picked something else or came back on a better day. he then goes around to everyone acting super nice while still being rude to me. I'm not sure if I didn't LOOK the proper part as I was dressed down and I have a young face but am no very young.. I personally have decided I won't be back and explained to him in a low tone why as My whole interaction I wanted to be calm to explain that I just wanted this but I'll settle for that.. he was like whatever and bye. i pay a lot to live in this area and have spent a lot there as does everyone else. This is absolutely my favorite nail salon, hands-down! Luxury Nail Spa is awesome. This is the one nail salon that I've gone to and not felt like the need to request a certain person, (but Jenny is awesome)! You can really get just about anyone there and leave a happy customer! I have never had an issue with my nails here. They also use Belly Rewards. For every 50 points (10 visits) you earn, you get $15 off your next visit. It can get pretty packed, but the wait is never really too long. They are pretty efficient without necessarily making you feel rushed. Everyone is friendly and extremely professional. It's always super clean and they are sure to use sanitary practices. The location is excellent! Going here with my favorite Sister (shhhhh! don't tell the others!) was ***such*** a treat! We were heading to her daughter's bridal shower and this was just the right mix of R&R and luxury! My feet were in awful shape and the tech really earned her pay working on me and I was getting a little anxious about getting to Snellville on time, since my feet were so pathetic - it all worked out! Sister had a gel mani and I had the standard mani/pedi. Why no 5th star? Sister said they would do the mani/pedi at the same time and actually that is true *only* if you get gel nails done. Had I known this I would have opted for gels for the durability and to keep us on track time wise. Also, I caught a glimpse of a small fridge that looked like it held water and vino and I would have so enjoyed a pre-shower adult beverage but was not offered one. The quality of both the mani and pedi was really good and Sister is a regular here. I hope to visit Luxury Nails in the future because the massage chairs are so relaxing, and, hopefully my sister can join me and we can catch up and visit while we get our polish on! read more

I've been coming here for about a year now on and off, I've never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I've brought a few friends here before and they all love it too. If you feel like treating yourself, splurge on the honey lemon pedicure it's worth it!!! They've been doing a great job following the Covid-19 safety precautions, everyone is wearing a mask and it's never too crowded. Tvs are always on HGTV with captions on so you actually know what's going on. My is awesome when there's an ingrown. She's patient but persistent and never tortures me. They have multiple options for deluxe pedicures. They can get pricy but are way worth it. I know if I'm getting a royal treatment pedicure that I need to budget a good couple of hours. But if you are getting pampered, why would you want to rush!?!? :-) They are all perfectionists and I've had my hands and feet done by many people there. You can trust them all. This place is VERY clean and they never reuse things like files or buffers. Everyone gets a new set every time. OMG absolutely love this place! I usually come here for my eyebrows and this is the first time I got my nails done here. My husband And I came in for some much needed TLC. We got 2 pedicures, 1 full set, and 1 eyebrow. We brought in our 1 year old and the staff was SO KIND, patient, and accommodating to us. She was moving about and cried really bad twice BUT not once did I feel unwanted or rushed. I truly appreciate the care and experience they provided to us on today. Luxury Nails Spa is located next to the Yogurtland across from Trader Joe's at the Forum. This establishment is one of the cleanest and nicest looking nail salons I've been to. They have about 20 chairs and many manicure stations. I would highly recommend making an appointment as they get very packed in the evenings and some walk-ins had to be turned away due to a wait. Guess people really love this place! This was my first visit to Luxury Nails and I came armed with a Pinterest post with what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly to me. Never once did I feel uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place - I saw clean tools come straight out of the sanitizing package. They also have a ridiculous amount of gel nail colors to choose from across various brands. I spent a good 15 minutes picking through the colors to find the perfect ones that matched my Pinterest picture. My did my nails - she was super friendly and we had a good conversation throughout the process. She was also super patient with what could have been a rather complex nail job. The final result came out almost exactly like the picture, so no complaints there! My cuticles also look flawless.... everything was looking really ratchet before getting these done. I would definitely return here to get my nails done - prices are reasonable and service is super friendly. Most importantly, the place is clean!! NEW MANAGEMENT BEWARE!!! I have been a consistent customer of Luxury Nails since 2011. Even after moving away, I still managed the trek here for my favorite nail tech...who herself has been there 8 years. I rarely write reviews, and when I do I keep it positive...I've referred a lot of my friends here and brought family in when they visited from out of town... I had a mani/pedi...noticed ripped chairs, after arriving 5 min early, I waited 1/2 hour for my nail tech who seemed not notice I was waiting...no apology...I hardly recognized anyone in the salon...I think I saw one other tech besides mine who was still there...I had the silver cap OPI polish (+3.00) on my feet, and on my hands the owner grabbed the black cap (regular OPI polish). The following day the polish was chipping and I called the owner and explained the polish must be old or no good...there's no reason polish should start chipping 12 hours after applying it. He made lots of excuses and tried to blame the tech! I told him I had been coming in there and using her since she started working there...and no way was it her! He said he'd 'see what he could do, they don't make'guarantees'!? Then proceeded to argue with me. I explained I'd been going there for many years and had never had polish chipping... Any decent nail tech should run from this place, the owner has no clue about how to treat customers, 2011-2021 years of frequenting this business, every 4-6 weeks for most of these years...I predict this business won't last much longer. I really, really like this place. They did a great job on my pedicure they took their time, soaked my battered feet, scrubbed my leg with a sugar scrub left them clean, massaged them, gave me a hot towel mask to keep my legs soft, just overall a great job! When I thought they were done they kept going. Their customer service was great, I hate to sound crass but everyone there spoke English very well and my technician explained everything. My technician was patient, the chairs were comfy, and the shop is really clean with lots of chairs. The prices are like any other nail salon you can ask for additional services like hot stone massage, waxing, threading and manicure. No drinks offered here which would have been nice but possibly over kill as their services are very spa like. But overall I'm very pleased with this place I will definitely be back! read more

I asked for her not to place three layers on my feet but she did on certain toes. So now my big toe is chipping. The lady that did my nails was pregnant and in a very crabby mode. Wow. Okay, I never leave reviews, but this experience warrants me speaking up - about several things. If you work there, or own this business, I hope you take note and make some changes. I scheduled an appointment for mani/pedi 4 days ahead of time. I left work to make sure I was on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, I could see it was not busy, maybe 5 other customers, and everyone sitting every other chair...yay! Howeverrrr.... I was NOT asked to use hand sani, nor was I asked to wash my hands(!). I waited for a few minutes with no water in pedi tub nor was there an individual plastic thing covering on tub. After a few minutes of waiting, the guy (manager?) came up and told me that some employees had not shown up for work and it would be about 10 minutes. No worries, I have a business, I understand things happen. But right now, who wants to sit in a nail salon waiting even 5 minutes?? Nobody. It was FORTY minutes later when they finally started on my nails. Yes, I should have just walked out, and almost did. I regret not doing so. Having scheduled this appointment 4 days earlier, they could have had the *common courtesy* to call me and tell me they were running behind and ask if I could come at a different time or ask me to reschedule. I have SO much work to do, and I left work to be on time, when I could have just stayed at work! I got no apology at all. They clearly did not care about my time. So during 1.5 hours of being there, I did not see them clean anything or wipe anything down. Not one thing, not one time. Not in the 40 minutes I was waiting, and not in the time I was having my nails/toes done. People came in, people left. Maybe it happened, but I did not observe it. They did not spray down the gel polish color choices between customers, from what I could see, so I got up twice to use sanitizer. This last thing is what really made me mad, though. In addition to not asking me to wash hands or sanitize before sitting down, there were several white female customers that came in after me and *not one* was asked to sanitize hands or wash hands (I am also white female). The last customer to come in before I left was a black female. As soon as she checked in, immediately they asked her to wash her hands. I was appalled they would make her do it, and nobody else! The nail techs did a good job. I have always liked the efficiency of getting in/out quickly here. I have patronized this business for a couple of years, but there are more choices in the area and I will never be back. As a small business owner, the lack of respect for customers was apparent to me. With people hesitant about going to nail salons right now, the least they could do would be to take care of the customers they do have, so they would want to come back. read more

For the most part all of the staff is pretty friendly. There is normally a wait between 20-30min each time I have come. Fairly large space with WiFi and they offer bottle water to their guest. Only thing I wish they offered was a kids chair for when my children want to get pedicures. I've seen some nail salons that offer that and it definitely helps for the little ones. read more

Got my nails done on Thursday May 12th for a wedding on Saturday May 14th. The nail tech was super nice. The pedicurist was meh. Just not bubbly but maybe he was tired. We all get tired. Finished up nails looked great. Paid with the clerk or manager who was super dry. I like to leave a cash tip and was waiting for my cousin to come out of the restroom because I wanted to see if she had extra cash for me to add to my cash for the tip. He pushed me to swipe my card before I could add the tip if needed. Luckily I had enough cash. The next day my nails were slightly chipped, by Saturday evening into Sunday the were completely coming off. I added another top coat on Monday and reapplied gel polish to the 4 chipped nails (after removing the old gel polish of course). It's been a little over a week and my repainted nails are holding up better than my professionally polished nails. So disappointed. For $85 I could have done my own but I wanted to get pampered prior to the wedding. read more

A special thank you to Lisa who did a great job on my toes, and was very gentle to my injured foot that I had twisted a few months ago.
