I came here on lunch and there was no wait time. The lady at the front was super kind. My eyebrows look amazing. She was very knowledgeable.

Need to update your hours. Front door AND website states yall are open till 7pm besides Sundays. I walked in at 6 and lady refused to do my eyebrows claiming they were closed. Told her the door stated 7 and she said "Yea we're closed." and packed her things and left to the back. read more

I just moved to the area and have been searching for a quality eyebrow threader. I tried a couple and found that I kept having to walk the threader through what to do/ not do to my eyebrows. Closer to the outside mall a threader nearly took off one of my brows- that's a different review lol. After a full month of growing them back I decided to try Pretty Eyebrows. I always saw them when I popped into Target. I sat down and didn't even say much. When she was done I was soooo pleased. She maintained my shape and thickness. Sila is the best!! I needed a new eyebrow place so I decided to try this one out and now I don't ever want to go anywhere else. I walked in here with my eyebrows looking a mess, didn't have much hope for them, but I left feeling brand new! All I can say is wow. Sosh (I'm sure I'm misspelling her name!) was wonderful. She threaded my eyebrows and waxed both of my legs in record time. She used a waxing technique I had never seen before (it's like a stick of hot wax that she rubs over your legs and it leaves the wax behind). She was personable and kind and had suggestions for how to maximize my leg hair removal strategy! read more

My first/last time having my eyebrows threaded was in 2014 when I lived in another state. When I came back home to Dallas I decided to stick with what & who I knew and proceeded to get them waxed...until the person messed them up lol. I never looked for a threading place in Dallas until today and this was the first place that popped up with good ratings. I went in without an appointment, the place was very clean and quiet and Sush was working on 1 client. When she finished it was my turn. I told her to do her thing and we'll go from there (they've been growing out for about 2-3 months) she also threaded my upper lip (first time having anyone work on that area, whew) it totaled out to $15. I paid her then realized I wanted my eyebrows thinner. I hesitantly asked her to do it thinner and she was very willing. It literally took no time lol. I will definitely be coming back in 2 weeks, I think I found my new eyebrow place, thanks Sush! read more

I left extremely unsatisfied with my eyebrows honestly I should not have even paid. When I asked her to make them thinner she refused and I asked her twice. Upon the second refusal I just paid and left in order to not be disrespectful to her. The customer service is bad and so is the treading. read more

First, I am so happy this place opened in this area. So convenient, no longer have to go out of my way. Secondly, Sush is GREAT! Came here for the first time 3 weeks ago to try it out. She actually listened to me about how I wanted my eyebrows done. Not like most places where they butcher your eyebrows no matter what you tell them. Went again today for a touch up and realized she offers facials for a reasonable price, so why not! My face is clear and squeaky clean! I totally recommend this place. read more

The place is clean. It has been only been open for two weeks. There was one girl doing eyebrows when I got there. The wait was not long. However I have been to places where services are cheaper. It's $10 for eyebrows and $5 for lips. The girl did a good job. Would I go back? Only when I can't go to my other place where it's cheaper. read more
