Appointment was required for Groupon but not for regular customers I believe. They have limited free parking spots available at the front of the entrance. The place is not exceptionally clean at all, but I would rate it as 6 out of 10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is highest). I saw some strands of hair in the sink which is located right in the middle of the salon. Hannah was sweet and polite to have a conversation with. Compared to other salons, their gel color selection is limited. My nails were done a bit too fast that often Hannah left traces of nail polish. I had to remind her to clean it up few times. Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised.
