You either have to parallel park on a busy street (if your lucky enough to find a spot) or park in a parking lot across the street. I had an appointment for 5 o'clock today and unfortunately could not find parking so I was 5 minutes late. When I walked in, there was a lady ahead of me signing in. After she finished signing in I told them I had a 5 O'clock appointment and apologized for being late because of parking. They said they could not see me today because I was 5 MINUTES late. The blocked appointment time is 40 minutes so I was confused as to how 5 minutes made that big of a difference. My sneaking suspicion was that they accepted the lady in front of me as a walk in in place of my appointment. Conveniently as I was walking out and back to my car I received a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled. What good is a text message AFTER you've already been in and turned away?? Overall I am very disappointed in the fact that they decided to accept a walk in ahead of a returning customer. I have a busy weekend and this was the only time I could do it.
