The made me bleed on 2 nails then missed part of another nail!!! and did not push my cuticles back so they look grown out.

I will not being going back there! I made and appt and had to wait 20 minutes which is fine. I got a pedi which was wonderful and a full set. This set is the worst i've ever gotten. The man who was doing my nails was shaking the whole time to the point where my arm was hurting. I just assumed he had an aliment but still, part of your job is precision. I asked for tapered coffin and got uneven bumpy, ugly acrylics. I asked for french tips with the same color I got on my toes and the lines aren't straight. When he put the acrylic on he dropped the beads on my hand and proceeded to use them. After he got the coats on and they dried, I realized there was a small black hair in the polish. I asked him if he could fix it and he said he'd paint over it! This set is horrid, I do not get my nails often and when I do I hate to have such a bad experience. read more

I've been here many many times in the past with no issues. I have a latex allergy and was refused service today because of it. The times in the past I have come here to get my nails done and never had an issue with staff not wearing gloves for nails. As I sit here waiting for my MIL to get her pedicure I look around and see 4 of their staff doing nails without gloves on, yet I was refused service. I will not be back again. Let me tell you...this place has gone down hill! Save your money. Do them yourself and save your money. Just got a mani and pedi and my heels doesn't even look like i had one. Cuticles we're not even cut and I could have done a better myself. My mani was a joke. Same on the cuticles. the polish job on the mani is very streaky and obviously not covered in some areas. This is the second time I have had a bad experience and only went back again because I got a gift certificate for Mother's Day. My sister in law and I had 10:00 appointments. Got there at 10, and it was already packed. After a few minutes, the tech scheduled to do my sister in laws pedicure called us back. When we got to the chairs I was told the tech that was to do mine(not the tech I had scheduled with) would finish the one they were doing first. She'd barely started the other person so my sister in law would have been done long before me. Second time this same thing happened. Definitely not going back. Why schedule appointments if they can't work the schedule...especially the first ones of the day...seems greedy and lacks good customer service. read more

My original nail salon that I had been going to for 4 years burned down. So my daughter started going to Pretty Nails for acrylics and fill ins. She had been about 3-4 times before I decided to go. I went in on December 2, 2020, for a pedicure and shellac manicure. I wasn't impressed. It wasn't a very friendly environment. They seem bad about rushing you around. A few days later, I started having issues with my big toe. It was inflamed. It just got much worse as days went on. Infection started. I was treating it at home with soap, water, peroxide and Neosporin. But just kept getting worse. I ended up going to Norton's immediate care on Jan 3, 2021. I was told I had an ingrown toenail:/ so I went to see a Podiatrist Jan 5, 2021. The Dr could tell that the person who did my pedicure, trimmed my toenail way too short and also cut it rounded instead of straight across. So the Dr had to perform a Matrixectomy. I advised my daughter not to go back to this place, but she figured since she had already had a few fill ins that it should be fine. The very next day, after her fill in, her finger got infected. Luckily, a few days of Neosporin cleared hers up. I'm really aggravated over this whole ordeal! I'll also be missing a few days of work, too. read more

My experience with this shop was just disrespectful, unprofessional,and humiliating!!...and on top of it there was nobody there in the shop as this child (worker)yelled at me and no management insight. I had a worker holler at me because I didn't give her a tip for doing someone else's feet, (GO FIGURE) I gave because I wanted to I don't have to give to anybody I paid for my services. Let me just say wow. I'm impressed. This was a first for me to walk in to a nail salon and immediately get work done on me. I didn't have to wait at all. And they had a decent amount of people in there getting nails and pedicures. They were friendly and it's quiet. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I took my sixteen year old son to get his first pedicure today. His feet were one giant callous from playing sports. Mye, the young woman who worked on his feet did a fabulous job and removed all the excess old peeling skin. It was a job! She made him feel very comfortable, even though this wasn't a "guy type activity."Tom another employee worked on my pedicure. He did a great job as well. Both employees were meticulous and thorough. I didn't feel like this place was very clean. I went in for a mani with regular polish. The tech kept pressuring me to get gel. I'm a nurse and cannot get gel. After I told him no...he just rushed through my mani. I chose a lighter pink color that took multiple coats to cover. Since he was in such a hurry, he globbed it on and the color was uneven and lumpy. The nails took forever to dry. Two hours later...several nails still weren't completely dry & they got indentations. I swear I could have done a better job at home than this. Also, he cut my cuticle & it wouldn't stop bleeding. I will never go back to this nail salon. read more

Every time I go they seem to give me another reason on why not to go back. This time they rushed through my gel manicure and I even have polish on my non cut cuticles. Last time they burnt my upper eye so bad from hot wax. I'm talking about blister burns. I'm probably not going to go back. I really hate to do this because I typically really like this place, but I will not be going back after my most recent pedicure experience. They put me in a broken chair and were frustrated when I asked to move. A small child of one of the employee's was running around. Typically this doesn't bother me, but he threw a toy in the water. After that, the child spit in my spa water. Twice. They were again frustrated when I asked to have my water changed, which clearly should have been done automatically without my asking. I don't know about you, but I expect to relax when I get a pedicure. This was a terrible experience. If you're looking to relax, you may want to seek a different environment. I left more stressed than I came in. They didn't offer to comp or discount the service. Very disappointing. read more

I will never be back again. They can't get anything right there at all.My daughter left there so upset . We show them what we wanted done and they play dumb. Her nails look horrible. The polish is so thick it won't even dry. The color was wrong we asked to redo it and they gave as attitude.I fill like I shouldn't even had to pay that's how bad they looked . When I left There I took her to Leah's nails to redo them I had to spend more money when they should of been done right there .No one there wants to listen when you talk to them it's like talking to a wall. My wife had an awful experience. Twice. She sent a response to a fill in for her French manicure. Her nails were not cleaned before the fill in . We went out to eat and we noticed. I ask her to let them know. She did so reluctantly. She is not a complainer at all. They got back with her and ask her to come back in. She did . They set her up with the same person. Best nail place I've been too. I have been coming here for years. They have recently expanded their salon, so they have three times the seating they did before. All new massage/pedicure chairs and new manicure bar. Their nail polish colors are endless. Great, friendly staff who are open to try any design you throw at them-which is great for all those Pinterest junkies finding the next best nails. I went on Thursday night to get my nails done for my senior pictures. I got a black gel polish with a matte top coat. The next morning after my shoot, the top layer on 5 of my nails had chipped. I went in after my pictures to get them fixed with no charge. They fixed my nails, but only the ones that were chipped. They told me that the black gel dried weird sometimes. It is now Sunday and 7/10 of my nails have the top layer chipped. read more

They do a good enough job on your nails. They can be a little rough. The one star is for their horrible customer service. I asked the technician to soak my gel off, because my nails were weakened from their tool on my prior visit. The technician got mad, tried to argue with me, and walked off. Someone else had to finish my nails. Then the technician who finished my nails stopped to talk about me, pointing at my nails and all, with two other employees. There are too many other nail salons in the area, so they will never get a dime out of me. read more

I have patronized this nail salon many times due to its proximity to my house and other businesses I frequent. I have never felt that the staff was overly friendly, but until today I had no real complaints. I took my 11 year old daughter for a manicure, clearly stating that I only wanted her to have a manicure. Without consulting me, they put gel on her nails. Not only did this double the cost, but it will cause damage to her thin nails upon removal. Additionally, I had planned to get a pedicure while she received her service. The lack of organization led to me waiting over 30 minutes after signing in before I was acknowledged. I cancelled my service as a result. We will not be back. read more

I went for a pedicure yesterday. While the tech was friendly and competent and did a good job, I had two points of concern: 1) it was 80 degrees out and hotter inside, but no AC or fans running, and 2) we were there right at closing and we spotted the techs empty the trash bin with used toe separators and plastic slip on shoes into a tub filled with a chemical substance, apparently to clean and reuse. Can't say for sure they were reused but they were cleaning and drying and placing in bin. read more

I went to this salon yesterday for a pedicure, the lady that did my nails cut my toe very deep. Today it has puss all under the skin like a major infection is coming on, it is also very sore to walk. I am six months pregnant and don't want to take antibiotics. I really don't feel they handled it correctly at all I didn't even get a discount and their tool didn't seem clean at all. read more

A colossal waste of time and money. A toddler could have done a better job on my nails. I went in for a manicure and was offered gel. I asked how much and she said $34, more than double the cost of the manicure I'd asked for. I said no thanks and she started speaking in another language. The other lady came over and asked, spoke to the lady doing my nails (not in English) and then she "corrected " herself and said "Oh no, $28" At that point I'm just annoyed so I say no thanks. She finishes and I saw that most of my nails looked like hell. Polish all over my fingers, lumpy spots of polish on the nails. I said something to her, she sighed and wiped one nail and said "OK?" The girl who did my Pedi was horrible, she swiped an emery board across my toenails all at once 2 times on each foot, put some lotion on my legs and applied the polish, no massage or no trimming of the nails. I was there with 2 other people who were started on before me and was done 15 minutes before they were, they on the other hand had a great experience, but I would defiantly not let the not let the girl with the long reddish hair do mine if I were you. I will never go back here, I had to pay the same price as the 2 people I was with but didn't even get 1/2 the service. read more

I love this place! My neighbor goes every week & raves about the people. I couldn't agree more! This is the only shop I frequent now. I love the pedicures; so relaxing and my feet look and feel so good. My fingernails are natural and when Dan does them the color lasts a minimum of two weeks. I was just online to find their hours when I saw some poor reviews & wanted to add my two cents. They have a large staff and I have seldom seen anyone wait long.
