I'd hate to do this but we've used this groomer for our two German shepherds and we expected a lil bit more of care in their part They were hired to do a shedless bath on both of them and I believed they would show up on time instead of waiting two hrs for such appointment and not being let aware of the delay in their part After finishing one of my dogs they texted me to switch so they could continue with the other and 10 mins later they said they had finished for a 75$ service and I checked my dog and he still had clumps of hair falling of him so I asked if that was the completed service and if they could revise it, as I walked back outside I saw them using a hair trimmer on my dog and saying that's the process they follow for a shedless bath And kept saying that's what they do and they did all this work in ten mins to I would not recommend again as I have with my neighbors read more

The new guy they have now is good with dogs but his grooming abilities are not up to par. My problem with them is the price gouging on their new customers and I understand the gas prices are to the roof and they surcharge their customers by distance if not n the Huntington Beach area. They need to make that clear before telling their customer over the phone the original price and then after the fact they charge extra from the original price. It's embarrassing when your the referral. Yes prices have gone up everywhere, but my hairdresser charges less than they do n my dog is a 8 pound yorkie and our friend has a mini yorkie puppy weighing in at 3 pounds charged at a ridiculous price. I've had my puppy groomed with pretty paws numerous of times in which he's been cut on his paws after every groom. we'd brought attention to this matter to the groomers prior to the appointment and still nothing changed. im sorry but as professionals this is not okay. my pup continues to lick his paw in frustration due to the cuts. my puppy is a maltipoo with long hair i made an appointment for him this past week when i made if SPECIFIC to the groomer that I did NOT want to get off the length , only to receive him back completely SHAVED OFF and claimed to be because he had "knots". We had a very unsatisfactory grooming today. Clippers were used and our dog was shaved after I specifically stated not to use clippers and to trim only. She also came in with two bleeding toenails. We spoke with the manager and expressed our dissatisfaction. Half the fee was returned but our dog is very traumatized.
