If I ever come back here it will not be with Dr. Heim the bed side manner of this lady is awful and the I'm not sures and recommending another Dr because he's the big brain is unacceptable. Due to my pet being hard to give meds to he offered coming back daily but due to lack of transportation and living a little distance he said to see if a neighbor could help. A tech approached me and said she would be willing to come help give drops. I didn't get the techs name but blond and black hair had tattoos on her left arm.As I didn't want to bother her to drive that far she insisted on helping. I can honestly say no other vet or tech would go out of their vet to help that way. Dr Hardee and the techs are great. Leaving the office was a different story. The smile and the smile we left seeing with thanks to the short dark hair receptionist. The office needs to have these girls train some people on personality that's for sure. The staff is wonderful and the way they use time slots for drop off and pick up make planning trips easier. Prompt emails back confirming dogs' are booked for their stay.
