The workers are very attentive to you as soon as you sit down and take their time to give you what you ask for. It is clear they take pride in their work and that they want you to be pleased with what you walk out with. The salon itself is always clean and well lit- I've never had an ill experience with the tools or equipment they have. I will say that if you are there for a long time, bring something with you because they don't have TVs inside. Special shoutout to Catherine and ThuyKhanh for being awesome at their jobs! Katherine always gives me the best pedicures and is so friendly. ThuyKhanh gave me my favorite set of nails i've ever received; she was incredibly responsive and patient with my indecisiveness for what exactly I wanted on my nails. Mind you I told her I've been jamming them into things and then continues to take them off the same way I could've done myself. I simply asked for her to soak them off not rip them off my fingernails. I politely asked her to be more careful, but on the very next nail she cut my skin so deeply that I started bleeding. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, she chuckled, which made an already painful experience feel incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but how they're handled matters. I would have appreciated genuine concern, an apology, and greater care. Unfortunately, I left feeling hurt, uncomfortable, and with very little confidence in the salon's attention to customer safety. Also, they gave me a punch card with a $25 voucher after so many appointments. The staff was extremely nice. I had an appointment at 6:15 and I arrived a little early. Within a couple of minutes one of the staff members was kindly apologizing for the wait and chatting with me. The best part is that there really wasn't a wait at all. I was out of the salon by 7:30! This photo is the day after I got my nails done, but it's been a little over a week and they are still holding up great. I highly recommend this place!
