I received a call 2 hours after I was seen that they had forgotten to charge me the twenty dollars for the gel on my pedicure. Wanted me to come back in and pay the additional fee. I live an hour away. Tried to pay with a credit card and was told either Cash App or Venmo. I paid it and I will also never set foot back into the establishment. I myself as a business owner would have NEVER gone this route. You got your twenty dollars but lost a customer. Good luck in the future. read more

I'm not one to complain (I told the manager this too) but the customer service I received from the manager on duty today (9/10/2024) was horrible. I did a walk in for a full set and pedicure with gel. When I came in I provided a picture of what I wanted for my nails and asked the receptionist if they would be able to do it and I was told they could. The only changes I wanted was no rhinestones and the color of the French tip and flowers did not need to be exactly the same as the picture. I got my pedicure done first and she did a great job. Now when it came to my full set of acrylics I showed her the same picture as the receptionist and she even took a picture of it on her phone to follow. Well I didn't get nude for the base it was white. As she was doing my nails I didn't say anything because for one I provided a picture of what I wanted so I didn't see a need to. When it came time to pay I showed the receptionist the picture again and showed her what I just received. The manager comes up and I show her the picture and she tries to tell me that the picture isn't nude then proceeds to tells me why didn't I say something while I was getting my nails done. I replied to her that I didn't think I had to considering I showed her a picture of what I wanted done. Then she proceeds to insult me by telling me that well it's common sense. Excuse me, I didn't realize I had to tell a nail tech how to do her job. I was so upset in tears telling my husband about my experience. He calls the salon and the manager tries to lie to him saying I called her a b**** which I did not. My husband informed her that he would like to talk to the owners and all of the sudden I have 3 days to come back and get them fixed and she would do it. Why would I come back when it could have been fixed in the first place when I brought it up to her. I paid $160 for horrible customer service. After I left Pretty Plum Nail Spa I immediately went to La Belle Nail Bar. I started crying to Gina about my experience at Pretty Plum Nail Spa and I showed her the exact picture I showed at the nail tech and she gave me what I wanted. I had such an amazing experience at La Belle Nail Bar. I highly recommend going to La Belle Nail Bar. It's seriously a night and day difference. read more

I've been getting my nails religiously done since i was about 12 years old and i've NEVER had someone do exactly what i was asking for. she did! she had to stay an hour past closing and never was mean to me for it. I have tried this business several times and every time the quality ofservice is poor no matter who the technician. is this last time on July 20. I left bleeding. My pedicure looks like it was done by a visually impaired person. And she cut my cuticles on my manicure. So close that I had to come home and wrap my finger in the band aid. I left with blood, running from my finger, and it's still hurts. Now, i've been there several times only because of the convenient hours and each time I think maybe.... it wiklbe better . blBut no, the the quality of service is bad. No matter how bad the service I never leave without tipping. But yesterday, because I left bleeding, I did not leave a tip, and I never do that. This company needs to really do better. And they definitely don't have to worry about me. Visiting, ever again in life. read more

Used to buy gift certificate for my wife and daughters at this business as a gift. They are certainly not the best in the nail business, just convenient location. That stops now. Will boycott their business and we all know word of mouth advertising is the strongest form of marketing. The business has mediocre customer service and extremely poor ventilation, in addition to raising their prices AGAIN, now they want to charge $6 for using ANY type of debit or credit card. My daughter and I got pedicures. My experience was good. She didn't use the grate on calluses. My daughters tech dug into her nails to cut cuticles. Her toes are red and sores below toe nails. She didn't have polish put on. read more

So I came to get a basic pedicure and I was told that it was no wait, So I proceed to chair number 5 where the water was ran to put my feet in. My feet soaked for about 20 mins which was fine since I was there with my daughter and she was waiting to be served. The customer service was regular and I'm completely ok with that. The major issue that I had with this visit was the ladys went across the bottom of my feet with the foot file just enough for me to barely feel it. The woman never even touched any part of my heel with the foot file, she responded with I got the basic package, and all packages include the foot file service. I even showed manager that the foot file never touched my feet at all and she was telling me to just come back every two weeks. For people who don't get pedicures every week, people who have feet that could use a foot file, I certainly wouldn't recommend this place. read more
