PSA for my brow-loving girlies: Do not get your eyebrows done by the lady in the chair closest to the window. I left feeling genuinely upset over how uneven my brows were. I've spent years growing them out and specifically asked for a simple clean-up. Instead, I walked out with one uneven brow and brows that were much thinner than requested. Mistakes happen, and I understand that--but she clearly saw that I was unhappy and acknowledged the mistake, yet still charged me full price. Highly recommend Nena! I came in today to get my brows threaded after growing them out for a couple of weeks. I usually hop around different threaders in the area because it's honestly hard to find someone I trust, who actually knows what they're doing, and cares about your long term brow goals. I'm rarely satisfied with the way my brows look and typically try to maintain them myself, which results in me botching them completely (lol). As soon as I sat in the chair, Nena pointed out exactly where I needed to focus on regrowth, where we needed to remove hairs, and made sure she checked in with me before making any decisions about the shape and going in with the thread. After going to my fair share of threaders in my area, it's safe to say that Pretty Threading is my favorite. I always do a walk in and whoever ends up threading my brows is always so friendly and helpful. I've had the pleasure of having Nena work on my brows the last 4 times I've come in. She is easy to talk to and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with your results. I just moved to the area and I have been looking for a new place to get my eyebrows threaded. I came here following the reviews on yelp. While the lady who helped me was very nice and did a decent job, I cannot get over how unsanitary it is. The technician used the same brush and scissors on three different women in a row, myself included, without cleaning or sanitizing them even once in between clients. This is not just gross, it's completely unsanitary and a serious health concern. Shared tools can easily spread bacteria, skin infections, or worse. There was only one Barbicide container in the salon, and it looked like it hadn't been used at all. No tools were placed in it the entire time I was there, which leads me to believe that proper sanitation just isn't being followed. Due to the lack of hygiene practices I would NOT return and would NOT recommend this place. read more

The lady who worked on my daughter's eyebrows was efficient and quick. It's evident she's very experienced. It was my daughter's first time getting her eyebrows threaded and though it was mildly painful, it was all done in less than 5 minutes and for that she was thankful. The place was cute and had aqua colored chandeliers and pops of aqua throughout the salon. The seats were comfy and clean. They had some pieces of clothing for sale as well.
