Not the best threading place I've been to but a good substitute if you're in the area. Prices are normal and better if you pay cash (accurate to website prices). If you pay card it's 8% extra. Parking was easy and I didn't wait at all when I came in. My lady did a full face and she was friendly and sweet. Eyebrows look good but she missed a few hairs here and there around the cheeks and chin/neck area. Nothing noticeable so I was happy! I decided to stop by randomly one day to get my eyebrows threaded. The last time I got it done was over 10 years ago and I remember it being painful. I had time to kill so I figured I might as well try it and see if it still hurts. They only talk walk ins and you sign your name in a book and what time you entered. Lots of people are waiting and three women were threading when I went there. They are fast and efficient so you aren't going to be waiting long. They ask you what you'd like to get done and they get to work. It was fast and painless! I did notice a small nick under my eyebrow but it wasn't anything major. Everyone else seemed very happy with their results. For my eyebrows and upper lip it was $18. They prefer cash but accept card. You get a stamp card that you can use each time to get a free eyebrow threading. Parking is ample, close to stater brothers, target, gas, ups so easy to stop by while doing errands. read more

Found this place thanks to Yelp! It was located near my chiropractor (where I was at the time), so decided to pop in. Walk in. Sign your name on the check in pad. I had to wait maybe 2 minutes, as one of the ladies was just finishing up with a client. There were three ladies working (with both of the other chairs full). Efficient. Great eyebrow clean up. I came in for a walk-in threading and the place met my expectations in terms of the service I wanted as well as a nice, spacious and clean environment. The lady who helped me paid extra attention to detail as she threaded my eyebrows and listened to what I requested. Horrible! Don't come here unless you want to leave here bleeding and with super skinny eyebrows. I told her please clean it up and she did what she thinks is better for me! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this was the first time someone completely doesn't listen to what I ask for. While I'm paying she asks me if I have a stamp card and I said no thank you I won't be coming here again. Came into taj based on my cousins recommendation. I have very uneven brows and patches where hair no longer grows. I had stopped shaping my brows years ago and just pluck the stragglers myself. But I'm going to be in a wedding party and needed to be on point. Walked in to Taj. They were pretty empty. I was immediately greeted by candy who had me fill out my info and sat me down. I gave her my "list of demands"... keep them as thick as possible, try to make them even, don't touch the length etc etc. Candy said not to worry and quickly went to work. She was fast, but not so fast that I was worried. She cleaned up my brows nicely, and made them as even as possible. I had a hair on the right side that seemed low but she said it was even with the other side and I needed to fill in that corner (she was correct, as I filled them in when I got home). If she had removed that one hair the shape and size of the brow would've been uneven. I've threaded many places since I was young, and I must say I barely felt it. I was happy with her technique and the end result. The price was great at $12. Full disclosure, was the shape as perfect as when I've gone to benefit or Anastasia? No. But am I super happy with the outcome and will I come back to taj? 10000% YES!!!! read more

Came here for the first time and it was empty for a Sunday, perfect for me. Sura helped me out and was amazing at threading. I got my upper lip and she was proficient with her strokes. It was almost painless, but the lip area will always hurt no matter what ‍ Rose water was placed on my skin afterwards. Went in for the first time. I had high hopes because every other place I went to always did a good job. When I walked inside, it was hot, completely silent, and it felt totally awkward because they were too busy sitting in their chairs glued to their cellphones. My eyebrows were not even close to matching, and was too worried to have her do more work on them in fear that she would start to make them thinner. I had to touch them up myself when I got home. Decent place. your satisfaction depends on the staff member you gonna get. They take their turns as a routine. I once had a girl who did an awesome job she was very patient and did my full face threading very carefully. This time the lady who was helping me was not that smooth I told her that I got a sensitive skin still she wanted to rush it. It was very painful. She didn't bother about the pain. I felt that she wanted to rush and get the job done so she can help the next customer. she focus more on getting more customers helped that giving them a satisfactory service.
