Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. She showed me her training leash, which was included in her fee for me to keep. Her techniques has Layla walking calmly without pulling in minutes. Dana even was able to get Layla to stay for several minutes! We trained inside and out and I was amazed at how quickly Layla was able to understand the expectations and comply with her requests!
