I pulled into the parking lot with a dog suffering heat stroke and one of the vet techs/nurses happened to be returning the trash bin at the same time. She took my 75 pound bulldog right out of my hands and rushed him to the back. The Drs, nurses, and techs were able to safely bring his body temperature down from 109 to 103 within an hour. They were very compassionate and explained the treatment options and likelihood of survival extremely well. After a 2 day stay and another 5 days at home in bubblewrap, our boy's bloodwork has come back clean and he is nearly his old self again. Thank you to everyone!

We put out baby to bed on a Saturday night and by Sunday morning she was bleeding bad. I called him early that morning and he said I will be right over, which meant him getting out of bed early on a Sunday morning to drive to our house in the rain, and he let her go to her next journey in life. This was 10 years ago. I cannot tell you enough that Dr. Amin showed so much compassion to us and our baby and has continued to do so with all our babies. Now, I just saw a post for 12/29/25, and I found this post to be very upsetting. Never in all my years of going to Dr. Amin and I might say my first visit with him as well, did he say we ask to many questions. I have never found him to be of the culture of getting money out of the patient. In fact, he has always been about saving his patients money. So, for this person to state something so negative is absolutely absurd. So, with my ending statement on this matter, it is a good thing you did find another vet, as you are not worthy of such an amazing vet. Dr. Amin is one of the most caring vets I have met. I ran her in and he rushed her right in and administer a drug to make her vomit and within 5 min she throw up the sock. He saved me a very expensive surgery. The absolutely worst experience we've ever encountered…read more I'm here to share our experience that we had today with this vet. We scheduled our German Shepherd to establish care and had paid $65 prior to his appointment to be taken care of accordingly. Once at the veterinary the vet tech took his information and weighed him. We then waited for the veterinarian came in to what we thought exam our pooch. The vet tech mistakenly thought I told her our dog had a limp, in which he has never had one, so they confusing began to walk him around in the waiting area so check for a non-existent limp. They were told specifically that he has been licking a part of his leg every now and then, that's IT. So they walked him in circles a few times and brought him back into the room where I was waiting. After they brought him back in, they informed me that they will not be seeing him because they are a "stress free" clinic and he would have to be prescribed a medication to calm him down. (Our dog has been seen his entire life of two years without any medication). Then my spouse called the vet as I was waiting to ask why they couldn't see him without any medication and when told they wouldn't without medication, we asked for our refund, considering they did nothing other than walking him in circles to check for something that was absolutely never said. After talking on the phone with my wife, the manager rudely came into the room and said "you need to get out now" because they were asked for a refund and we were appalled that none was given. I'll note that their recorded calls did NOT disclose of such non-refundable deposit. We were totally shocked they would not refund our money since they told us to leave and were done with our dog because we didn't want him taking any medication to make him drowsy. Upon walking out, the same manager was arrogant and said "Thanks for your business". I can't speak for any of the other reviews, or experience as this was our only one, but I would think twice about bringing any animal here for the mere fact that they are the most unprofessional establishment I've ever encountered. 10 minutes after this, we take our dog to the local groomers where she cute his nails WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR MEDICATION. We were not told that they had a "stress free" clinic and for a business to practically steal $65 for absolutely NO care is ridiculous. It should be discussed prior to deposit if customer is okay for their dog to take that type of medication, and if not then don't take someone's deposit. Thanks for stealing $65 for nothing. She tried to make me feel like I was abusing my family dog, literally our baby, because I couldn't afford to spend $10,000 to fix his broken toe and have him put under once a week for 6-8 weeks. She literally was beyond condescending when I told her financially it wasn't possible. We went to Patton Veterinary Clinic in Red Lion for a second opinion and they came up with a treatment plan that everyone was confident with and we were as well for less than $500. A year later and his toe is good as new. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MONEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

We arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment and they were able to accommodate us quickly. New clients will need to sign new patient paperwork, but the form was simple to complete. Patrons here are extremely friendly, but the general community doesn't seem to wear masks, which is Just something to be mindful of. Some of the staff also do not wear masks in the waiting room. The staff are welcoming and bright. Jess did the intake and she was sweet and patient with my dog. She was very efficient with the intake process. Our appointment was with Dr. M and WOW, SHE IS FANTASTIC. She answered all our questions and made us feel confident in the caliber of care we were receiving. The checkout process was seamless and they even email an itemized receipt of charges promptly after your appointment. There are no hidden fees and they are honest from the start. This place is a great choice for your pet's care. Give them a shot!

(On the 7th of the Month) "Hi, this is so and so and my dog has been vomiting and having diarrhea for two days now and none of the traditional remedies have helped I'd like to be seen". -Reception "I can get you in on the 23rd at 10:00am" Really? What is the point of being an 'established' patient?? "You could try the Emergency Clinic" From reading their reviews they do this as a practice. Sad because Dr Bergman is a terrific Vet but business practices will prevent me from returning there.
