I had the German wit beer and my wife had the sour , no complaints ! Cold tasty beer. Try the craft root beer mmmmmm it was good ! Our service was quick and friendly as we arrived on a Wednesday around 130 in the afternoon so it wasn't busy as expected , We'd stop here again if we were ever up this direction

People gather here nightly for fantastic beer and social relaxation. As the saying goes "if you build it, they will come", so too do the food trucks show up to help reduce your ABV with something scrumptious. My favorite night to visit is Wednesday, as they host RUN LBK's group runs. There's a free post-run beer awaiting your return. If that's not convincing enough, I don't know what else is. They host events every night, actually. This includes lotería, trivia, and vinyl night to name a few. They play host often to local and farther flung bands. The outdoor area gets packed out in warmer weather. Staff is friendly and beer is reasonably priced. There's merch for sale if you really love Two Docs and want to show it off. As the best brewery in Lubbock, it's a must visit and ranks up there with many others countrywide.

I feel like Bierhaus is a place worthy of two separate reviews, so I'm going to write it as such:…read more I. Bierhaus has the best burgers in Lubbock. I am not even going to front with you. Their buns have such a sweetness to them mixed with a sharp and well-cooked patty, American cheese (a must in a cheeseburger), and their haus sauce that is like a thousand island style sauce that all combines into a delight. It always has a hefty weight to it and a well balanced amount of tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. How do you explain the concept of a burger? It's really just something special. I like coming here for lunch. It's a bar at the end of the day, but their burgers are what make me want to come back. Many times in college, a friend would suggest Bierhaus, and I would tell them yes only if we got there before their kitchen closed because I needed a burger. They also give you a ton of fries. More fries than you'll ever need with a burger. That's awesome. Being in Texas, you see a lot of places offer a patty melt similar to the ones at Whataburger. A lot of places try to make a higher version dupe of a patty melt, and I think it always falls flat, but Bierhaus's does a pretty good job of being its own thing. Thank you for good food, Bierhaus. RIYL: Boorger II. Bierhaus is a great starter bar for a night out as a college kid in Lubbock. I don't think it's a place to end up if you're hitting multiple spots, but I find it endearing as a warm up spot or a one and done on a chill night. The two story indoor space can be loud, but there's a lot of booths for hanging around and chatting, with plenty of TVs. The outdoor patio has a different energy with swings, large tables, and a DJ. They always have a great selection of beers and good deals to go around. It was one of the few bars in Lubbock to offer cans of peebers (PBRs), which was always exciting for me. They also have their Capri Funs, which I always enjoy. Bierhaus is worth the party. RIYL: Brewskis

We ended up getting their mozzarella sticks (9/10) which were a pretty good value for flavor, I got the smash burger (7/10) which for $15 was kinda the upper limit for what I'd pay for it, in my opinion their other burgers are probably better. We also ended with the chocolate pazooki (7/10) which was quite good but nothing beyond something you can make at home. 12/15- A bit on the pricey side but the food was quite good, and I'd recommend it for a somewhat nice meal such as a date or a bit of a bougie night out with friends.

We were left sitting with empty drinks until we had already finished our food, which is frustrating on its own but it got worse. Our meals didn't come out together, so some of us were left waiting while others' food got cold. On top of that, we weren't given silverware or napkins, and no one came by to notice or fix it. It honestly felt like we were being completely overlooked. With how quiet it was, there's really no excuse for this level of service. This visit just didn't meet even the minimum expectations for service.
