They were so quick and efficient that the line moved in no time. What really touched me was how they handled my dog. He has some anxiety, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and calm before taking him back. It's clear they truly care about the animals, not just the procedure. Pick-up & Aftercare Pick-up was just as smooth. They provided thorough after-procedure care instructions and the necessary medications so I knew exactly what to do once we got home. We were back to our day in no time!
