Everyone else is right. Rafael and his crew are very efficient. They did a great job. I had a yucca palm tree in my front patio. Came with the house and my husband and I talked about getting it removed. He said he looked into prices and that it was going to be expensive (I just assumed it was going to around 800+). So we just talked about removing it ourselves. A couple years go by, continued to talk about it more, but never really got around to doing anything about it. Then last month, we decided to revamp our patio area and I just said "F it!" I'm just gonna find out myself. So I posted it into projects, Rafael was the first person to respond with a price and told me exactly what the tree was from the picture. He quoted me a really good reasonable price that we can afford. A few others respond to my request, one even priced me slightly cheaper than Rafael, but I chose Rafael for his efficient response and the high praises he came with. He did not disappoint. from the time I contacted PRG, the owner Rafael called me back right away, and was very responsive. Our 18 foot thick and tall hedge along our property line was stressed and needed about 4 ft trimming from the top after the storm. We met three other vendors/quotes, and I could tell from the quality of the response and their understanding of the job that they will be one of my top choice. Recently hired PRG tree to trim few of the trees at my house in Fullerton area. They gave me a estimate that was reasonable, did a great job. After the provided the initial estimate, I had couple of small requests, which they accomodated. One was to remove a small Chinese elm tree, which they accomodated for a small fee that was agreed upon and revised the estimate.
