I wish I knew how the experience was. I have attempted to contact this company at least four times. No one has reached back out to me. The owner D. Price responded to an email and advised me that no one has reached out regarding my measurements due to inclement weather . Every time I call the number given it's a different message left. So someone is definitely working hard not to work. The answering service is changed everyday to reflect the days of the week and the status of the company. No one returns calls. I don't know why Lowes uses this company as a certified contractor for installation. read more

I so wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I ordered $6K worth of motorized blinds and they do not work. I actually phoned the company GRABER, and was told that I can only deal directly with the distributor - PRICE BLINDS. I have phoned, and left messages, to no avail. I bought a brand new home and the entire house needed blinds. I decided to give my business to Derrick Price of Price Blinds because he was a previous customer of mine when I had my business. They took the full payment for the blinds and was very responsive. When Derrick came to install, the blinds, he saw that the color was wrong upon the first installed blind. He asked me if I wanted to change the color. I said -- yes. This is where the problems started. He became non-responsive and arrogant and rude when I inquired about the change. I had to go to my bank to file a complaint and they withdrew the funds from him. Ultimately, I hired another vendor to put up my blinds. I do not recommend this vendor and never pay the full amount for anything until they do the job. If you happen to go to Lowe's, you might want to ask who the vendor is in charge of the install. If it's Price Blinds, request a new one. It's not worth the headache. ! read more

Terrible installation and bad customer service. Price blinds was contracted by Lowe's for my installation and I would never recommend this company. My initial measurements for blinds were wrong, they installed the blinds incorrectly, the office and the installers would give me different information...even the manager/installer Derrick didn't fix the install and wouldn't return calls. After 6 months my blinds were still not installed correctly and I had to get a different installer. read more

As a part of Lowes changing vendors to install blinds, we were forced into this company. Needless to say, after weeks of them not calling us, or calling us back, Lowes gave our business to another one of their vendors. The same company who had installed our blinds previously. Price Blinds installed 27 blinds of which 6 were motorized. The young man who came out to measure the windows and the young lady who installed the blinds were very professional. My issue at hand, is the communication. when we placed the order, it took three months before they arrived and two weeks before someone called to schedule for installation. Once the installation was completed, one of the motorized blinds was not working properly. The young lady took pictures and stated she will report back and the blind will have to be reorder. It has been two months and we have been calling and sent several emails to Lowes on a status for two months. Recently, I decided to call again, the Lowes representative stated the order was placed that morning. 7 days later, I received the replacement blind. We immediately called Lowes to schedule the installation. Lowes stated someone will call me in 48 hours. It has been 5 days and still no contact from Price Blinds. The people at the Price Blinds are very pleasant and friendly. Their customer service for business in the communication aspect is very Poor, thus the 2 Star rating. read more

From the initial visit for a quote and throughout the entire install. The employees were extremely courteous, informative and professional. The quality of the blinds along with the selection/types of blinds were fantastic. With everything going on COVID wise, everyone wore a mask and were courteous to my family. Although it took a while for the blinds to get produced and shipped, which was expected with everything going on, it was definitely worth the wait. read more

Scheduled time to come out was 8:15am - 12:15pm. No call until after 12:30pm advising that the guy was running late from his FIRST job. I don't understand why if your first appointment had you sooooo behind a schedule you wouldn't call your customers to let them know about times. Meh while I've called this place three times -NO ANSWER. They send a reminder email after 2PM about the appointment that should've taken place hours ago. If you're being serviced at Lowe's make sure these aren't the people coming out to do the work.... because they won't come. read more

I did not hire Price Blinds directly; I went to Lowes and tried to use their custom blinds service and they contracted with Price Blinds to do measurements/installation. It took two weeks to get Price Blinds to come out to do measurements, which seemed like a long time, but fine. They submitted the measurements to Lowe's, but they turned out to be useless. I had a 3 panel window, and the measurements for the individual panels exceeded the total width that was also provided; Lowe's said they couldn't use the measurements. I left messages with Price Blinds twice; got no response. I asked Lowe's to follow up. Lowe's reported that Price Blinds tried to avoid fixing the measurements, then promised they would. When the measurements did not arrive, Lowe's called again and reported to me that Price Blinds was closed on the Friday before Labor Day and there would be no further contact until at least the following Tuesday. At this point I gave up, since I needed to buy blinds and couldn't imagine dealing with Price Blinds (or Lowe's) for the actual installation. read more
