I had a very disappointing experience with Paradise Motors and feel obligated to warn others. This dealership presents itself as a "Buy Here Pay Here" operation, which was the main reason I contacted them. However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. read more

i completely am very disappointed in this place was told everything was good fast track a lot of hours and all my information was given to them felt like I was being lied and scammed by telling me I had a very high down payment I really don't recommend this place to anyone don't listen to them they claim they can get anyone into a car which was false advertisement not happy at all and I'm kind of paranoid that they have all my information they told me to unlock my credit and I did everything they told me which is why I felt like it was just false advertisement I'm gonna have to contact my lawyer to make sure I'm OK don't recommend to anyone read more

I know it seems weird to review a dealer that I didn't buy a car from, but I had unusual circumstances, too. Having just been granted disability, I was in the market for a car and wasn't sure if I could get backpay to buy it out-of-pocket. Whoever I worked with (I'm sorry I don't remember a name, but it's been five years) made sure I knew my financing options if I couldn't get my money all at once (no one else was willing to finance me without a cosigner), and when I found out I could, was kind enough to provide the detailed write-up the government wanted. I was able to get a car thanks to Paradise, even though they didn't sell it to me. I'm definitely coming back if something happens to my car--they're the only ones I trust to help me out. read more

So i bought a 2012 F150 Fx 4 from here. Beautiful truck, very nice looking. Took it for test drive appeared to be ok did the paper work. couple days later engine light came on so i checked and it referenced timing. Brought it back to sales person Oj Simpson. his response was oh it's just a dirty sensor , kept basically blowing me off basically. Took it to ford and ford said the timing chain was going. On top of that he had told me that the warranty covered this repair. Well that wasnt true, even one of his co workers said the same and that wasnt true either. They looked at the coverage and it said standard xbase and premium. Now the problem here is that you cannot have all 3. And there were no boxes. had there been boxes to check then this confusion could have been avoided. Got a copy of contract from finance company theyre copy had the boxes. Hmmmm how is that paradises didnt? I'll let you figure that one out i know what i suspect. The absolutely only thing saving me right now from a 4000.00 repair is finance company recently had a meeting to include timing components in base warranty. My point is it was misrepresented by Oj Simpson. Not at all happy by the slight of hand tactics. So much for being transparent! After taking to ford went back to paradise and the attitude was basically we could care less. And they wonder why i removed theyre advertising from the vehicle. BE VERY WEARY WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. DONT DO A TEST DRIVE TAKE IT TO SOMEWHERE PAY THE COMPUTER FEE IF NECESSARY SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING. DO NOT TAKE THEYRE WORD FOR ANYTHING. The van I bought had issues so I got the extended warranty, OJ new it wasn't right the first day of purchase. I made 5 payments for a vehicle I couldn't drive and he knew but kept going on vacation so I'd have to wait then doesn't reply until I mentioned litigation he still didn't have it fixed because there was a line and no rental or loaner vehicle for the time being! He took 2 vacations and kept putting it off I HAD a job to get to but it stalled out all the time especially on the highway, I lost my job because of it there is no remorse I have to make the payments regardless wether it's fixed or not! I am now losing my house and my vehicle because I have no money to fall back on I've been unemployed for about a month and a half or so, they've made it clear to me that they are not the people I should've done business with because they're shady as hell I can't afford a lawyer anymore to file a complaint against them and file a lawsuit against them so if there is any lawyers reading this and will take my case contact me immediately please and thank you! I am a 62-year-old female senior. I was desperate at the time for a vehicle I need a transportation to doctor's appointments I have some health issues so they told me I could only finance one vehicle at their business which seemed odd to me but anyways I purchased the vehicle probably 6 weeks ago and it has said in my driveway for 4 weekends they just had it in the shop for 5 days it just doesn't start I've probably driven it five times in 6 weeks because it will never start now instead of being a reputable business and taking care of the problem the manager John Daly is choosing to ignore my calls. I I now have a vehicle but I'm supposed to pay for that has never run since the day I bought it they saw me coming I was the easy mark to dump a piece of junk on and now won't stand behind their product I warn anyone especially females, seniors you are an easy mark and they will sell you a piece of junk and then choose not to fix it! I missed a very important appointment with my surgeon because this vehicle wouldn't start I went to go get groceries yesterday and once again after being in their shop for 5 days it doesn't start so here I am stranded with no transportation and their way of handling it is to ignore my phone calls! Don't trust these guys they're a bunch of thieves and we'll take it advantage of you, they seem to be very good at that. read more

Attention to anyone who buys a car from here at lease a "used Vehicle". I walked into the Paradise motors on 03/30/2023 and signed a contract with them through there own finance company "First American Auto Leasing". I have no problems with them honestly not that bad of a company. What I do have a problem with is with Paradise Motors and the Manager John Daley. He's definitely not a leader in his manager role I can tell you that. I have expressed how unhappy I was with the car I got from them within 30 days of the beginning of the contract. Because within just 30 days of driving the car the breaks all were worn gone and as well as the calibers and rotors needed to be replaced on all the wheels. Which is not cheap as it was about $800.00 to get all those done. Then within the same time frame the car also broke a serpentine belt snaps off while driving. That was another $250.00 to have replaced and towed. Still within just that time frame then another month comes around now the car has stalled out again in the middle of the intersection and stopped working. To find out that the radiator has gone out and oil pan. Had to pay another deductible for those of $200.00. Best part is that I even went to their service shop to have this done because that's the only place that can do it under warranty. Let me tell you that they had the audacity to try to give the car back to me after replacing the radiator and oil pan that the car didn't need to have the oil replaced in it. Told me I needed to pay extra for them just to put oil back in the car. LMFAO Wooh had to only walk all the way over to the dealership to make them try to make sense why I should be responsible to put oil back into the car. Which they did agree didn't make sense and then had them waive the fee's. Now 03/06/2023 my car stopped in the middle of driving again no dashboard signs indicating anything. Cars perfectly running nothing wrong just stopped moving and wouldn't move. Called paradise and then let them know and even the car dealer who sold me the car could tell it was a bad car. Say's he wants to help me get out of that car and tells me to reach out to the manager myself. Well lets talk about how I am told I am responsible again to pay another towing fee again and then that I am offered a loan car for the time to find out that It will be a couple weeks till that happens. I then have been told and confirmed that the transmission has been blown. Tech said I would be out of a car for about 3 weeks if not more if it takes time. So I reach out to John Daley to talk about my situation hoping again that he would see the predicament I am in again with this car. Now I work with peoples homes I must have a car daily to be able to do my job. Just as I imagine anyone else to make sure they can pay the car notes and rent. He tells me he doesn't feel any sympathy for me and flat out asks what I want. I let him know I only want out of the car's loan contract or to be able to switch out for another car. Because I am tired of this over and over again maintenance for a car that I was confirmed told that was the owner sons car when I was pressured to buy that day due to it just hitting the lot and my approval rate wasn't high. I fell for the scam unfortunately and received the car with no windshield wipers not clean it was filthy and then I pop the hood and no caps to anything under the hood. I asked for these things to be replaced and none of the caps were replaced I had to do that myself and the wipers. So be aware when you buy a car here more than likely it was processed correctly to make sure it was maintenance. It is a shame because I am someone who will always bring someone else's business up with referrals but I have nothing good to say about this company besides that you better sign that warrants agreement because trust me you will regret it if you don't! I hope to see them be better as a company and treat their prospects as I would treat my residents as I would want them to come back and keep the retentions and good experience. So now I will be without a car for 3 weeks no loan car and still be responsible for the towing and $200 deductible again for a new transmission as well as paying for my own loaner car. read more

Went there for a new car. Had been in contact all week with a guy there. I had an appt at 10am. No one waited on me and the guy who greeted us was rude and never told the sales person I was working with that I was there. I never got waited on and I left. The sales guy who was suppose to help me finally ran to my car to stop me from leaving only to tell me that he had "a few minutes to talk." The place was dingy, dirty, and smelly. Seemed extremely shady, which is surprising considering all of the good reviews they've received. Very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and piss poor customer service. I have taken my business and money elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Under no situation should you ever use this place. I bought and financed a car through them last year. Within days off purchase the transmission had totally failed. The tires on the car were dry and cracked and needed immediately replaced. Two months later, the starter motor gave out. Two months after that the fuel pump gave out. Every single one of these incidents I missed work for. Every single one of these incidents I took the car to them. The last two they refused to even repair. With the last incident, I was forced to have it towed three times because they told me they'd have it warranty replaced for me. When it got there they changed their story and demanded I pay them even they wouldn't even do the work. They threatened to put a lien on my vehicle if didn't pay them for the work they didn't do. They wound up costing me 150$ in towing fees before I took it somewhere to actually get fixed. The real kicker, when I told them I wasn't paying them the last time since they actually didn't do any work, Joe had the nerve to tell me, "You have to take responsibility for yourself". Are you kidding me? I've never missed a payment and towed it to you for a warranty repair on my dime that you said you'd cover? And you're telling me, I NEED to take responsibility? So to summarize, I've got an $8000 loan, on a $6000 car, that's required over $2000 in repairs since purchase, that after over a year of making every payment I still owe over $6000 on. In all likelihood, I'll be repaying close to $10,000. That's 67% more than the cost of the car. Avoid them all at costs. They do not take care of their cars, and they do not take care of you. You will pay more than the cost of a new car buying used from them. I don't know how what they do isn't illegal, it is in the housing market. Bad people, bad cars. DO NOT COME HERE. read more
