I described it as such to the principle driver and just to prove I wasn't exaggerating, I called again with her listening and it looped through the same spaghetti logic before the call was dropped. Seriously needs an attitude adjustment. Body shop members are more understanding but the workers here really seem suicidal. Seriously if you hate your job then just quit lmao. Sales rep was slow on replying and the whole vibe of the dealership is way off. We just sold our Cadillac Escalade to a luxury wholesale buyer and we got more than what we were willing to negotiate with at Shaheen, which they didn't even gave us a counter offer. Another words don't believe everything they tell you over the phone and if you don't live close by don't even waste your time and gas, you'll be disappointed like we were.

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!
