I was driving on the free way and a huge rock hit my car and made a crack that spread immediately, about 8-9inches total. I contacted Ronnie through yelp for a quote as well as other places. After some research I knew the avg price of a windshield and what I was willing to pay. I was quoted 275$ by another auto glass company but they weren't available to replace it for 3 days. Another auto-glass company requested my cars vin number and quoted me 350$ based on my vin number. Ronnie over at priceless didn't need the vin info since he asked me basic questions about my car, he quoted me the best price, he had the windshield in stock AND he was able to take me in the next morning at 830am. I had requested a quote for a window several months ago from a different business which I never heard back on. My window remained taped until this past week when I borrowed my mom's car and someone broke a window on her car (talk about bad luck!). I called the same business as before and they did not answer. I had a small pock in my windshield. It had a fissure spreading out, so I knew I'd have to fix it soon before it became a bigger problem. I contacted the windshield repair people that have a TV ad running. Their nearest shop is in San Rafael. 100. bucks. Add 29. and they'd come to my place. AND they wouldn't be able to do the work right away, because they are very busy. Well, my insurance deductible is 100. So the other day I'm driving on Santa Rosa Ave, and I see Price-Less. I went in out of curiosity, just to get a quote. They not only had time, but fixed it within about 15 minutes, saved the windshield and cost me only 40.!!!! I would SO recommend them! read more

I called priceless auto glass to get a quote for a windshield replacement. The person I spoke with seemed like he was busy and couldn't be bothered. I gave him the make and model of my car. He said a few different windshields came up for my car but he didn't have time to give me a ballpark quote. I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. I called a different shop and the guy gave me a quote right away over the phone. He also knew right off the bat what windshield I needed for my car. If you want good customer service I don't recommend this place. read more

Disappointed. They weren't very busy but they didn't seem like they wanted my business. They tried to argue with me over windshield chips to replace the whole thing but I'm on a limited income so I just wanted what the insurance could pay for for. They took the work unenthusiasticly and then after I filled out the paperwork and got back in my car I realized that of the two chips that I asked them to fix, one they miss completely and the other one they did a terrible job. I had called Advanced Auto Glass & received a quote over the phone of $365. There was determined communication that they would meet anyone's price. The next day I got an unexpected call quoting me $325 with the assurance again that they would meet anyone's price. I was driving down the road a few days later & decided to call & check the price at Priceless. They quoted me $99 which really surprised me. Advanced Auto Glass was charging over 3 times that amount. I made an appt. immediately, which I had to change numerous times. They were always courteous & accommodating. I made it in, got my windshield replaced while I had breakfast, and was on my way for $108. It certainly does pay to check pricing, & obviously Advanced Auto knows there's less expensive places, yet prefers to rip off their customers ignorance. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work provided by Priceless Glass. In less than one month after receiving a replacement windshield I experienced severe leakage while going through a CARWASH. Presently I am at a competing business and receiving excellent service. I have been shown by respective staff at the present business that Priceless Glass were seriously remiss in their duties as professionals. Missing adhesive in some places along the windshield, also failure to remove adhesive prior to beginning the job along other places along the windshield. You'd think that a local place like this would care about its customers enough to give them good quality glass. Well that's wrong. I had my passenger window replaced here after my car was broken into and had to go back within a few months to have it adjusted because it wasn't rolling up properly. Well just my luck today I went into advanced auto glass to have another repair and I told them about the issue. Well they sure did a better job because they told me the first problem about the repair was that they used cheap glass made in China. Save your dollars and go somewhere else. read more
