Didn't seal windshield correctly water was dripping into the car when it rained. Was able to get…read morethe windshield replaced again but after a drive from the shop to the house there was a stress crack. Took it to another shop, they said it looks like an old glass, crack could happen if it was the same glass put in instead of just sealing where the leak was. Multiple micro scratches on the car, some clips were broken with no attempt to fix. Very upset with the work, got it back worse than when I took it.

There was a defect in the windshield that he put in which did not show up right away so he met with me again to see what the problem was and then got a better replacement option for my 2002 car windshield (not easy to find). Came here again to put it in and all for no additional charge from the first installation which was quite reasonable to begin with. All this with courtesy, efficiency and a positive attitude. I couldn't ask for more.
