I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. We received their quote on April 6th, their first day of work was April 9th, with startup on April 27th. In that time, they demoed the substandard work and replaced it with a stunningly beautiful tile install, then acrylic lace, then pebble. (The only thing that was salvageable from the previous pool company was the chip out and waterline tile.) That's 21 days from quote through pool startup. Amazing! Wonderful communication throughout (thank you Debbie). What they said would happen, schedule-wise, happened - every time.
